Hi friend, make sure your itch game isn't set to private! I think that's why we aren't seeing it yet!

It reminds me of "Kingdom New Lands" :D liked it. I didn't figure out how my villagers increase gold income with mines, but well done through.

Little overwhelming at first but wasn't too hard to grasp. Not that engaging however as I didn't feel like I was looking forward to anything. The sacrificing part I'm guessing is best to do it right before to get the most out of the villagers, but I wasn't entirely sure. I don't play many building sims but I think giving a goal to strive towards or some kind of next upgrade would help immensely. The way sacrificing worked felt like a deadline. Keeping the 3 numbers up wasn't too thrilling either.

My favorite part is probably just seeing the effects of what happen when you don't sacrifice in time, like meteors or famine. I also like the randomized civilians and that you pretty much snatch up 3 year olds without a second thought to match the < 18 quota. The concept is pretty funny. Overall nice work.

It's getting hard and uncontrollable too fast, but the idea is great

I like the art, but it was a bit unclear what to do at first. I suggest making it more obvious WHAT you have to sacrifice, because I would sacrifice the entire village but still get punished because of the criteria.

Solid entry with a lot of sign / feedback but it was very hard for me to understand it at the beginning

I liked the idea but I had trouble making it all work. I got stuck on my 3st game because the god kept asked for female sacrifices but I hadn't got any in my village ahah.

Cute pixel graphics with a dark twist. The gameplay was hard to understand at first and the sounds were a bpt repetitive but music set the mood well. but everything kind of worked. Solid game jam game, buying upgrades is always a fun mechanic to have. Theme on point.

I had fun with this! It's biggest strength is that you "get" it in about two minutes. There's very little figuring out. One quick trip around the village and you know how everything works.

I think there are some balancing issues though. Mills and mines should produce more than just +10% of their resource. I think they should either give +5 or +25%. And the god shouldn't ask for a sacrifice you can't possibly provide. "Give me a woman". "But there are no women in the village!". "Well, I guess you're screwed, then!"

But maybe that's just part of the humour of the god. If that was the intention, then it is funny, but from a balancing perspective, it's not quite right.

Great Game !
So many babies killed ! :imp: :imp: :imp:
Cool gameplay however beginning is harder than after few minutes. Maybe difficulty should increment
Anyway, very good job !

Fun game overall! I like how gruesome it is :P A few difficult points I encountered:

- The UI is not informative enough: it's not clear how many buildings of each type you should build, what their exact effects are, what your production of various resources is, and so on. I'm not entirely sure how the houses work yet.
- I got a "Health 10" sacrifice, but I never saw health shown as a number anywhere else. Is 10 a lot, or very little?
- Sacrifices like "Age 10" are very hard to meet, because people age as you carry them. But maybe that's just the game being hard :P

I liked the animated pixel art! The audio was pretty well done, I thought. The controls took a moment to adjust to, but after I got used to them the game was simple enough to play. It was a little difficult for me, but that probably has more to do with me not being the most strategic player. :P

It was pretty fun sacrificing the villagers and watching them blow up; on the other hand, it was really scary whenever I got punished. Also, I thought having the different screams (male, female, child, etc.) was a nice touch. Overall, good entry! :)
