I had huge issues with keeping track of both the blue and red arrows at the same time, it's almost impossible to get them BOTH down properly. Luckily since you can't die I was still able to enjoy the game, I just ignored the blue arrows. Although you did the rhythm aspect well, you failed to really incorporate it into the shooter in a meaningful way, since you can't control your ship at all. Instead of a rhythm-shooter game it just ended up being a rhythm game. Still, the game was decent and I ended up enjoying it.

Excellent pixel art and music ! But very difficult, maybe it's a 2 player game ! And maybe animate the ship in fonction of player action ! A game with great potential but unfinished!

It would have been great with a bit more emphasis on the shooter part with additionnal interactions.
However the polish is at a good level, I understood quite easily what needed to be done and didn't have trouble finishing.

Visuals are very nice, there are lots of little details and stuff on the ground, and the choice of colours is tasteful.

scored 11070 points, not sure if it is good or bad ;)

@willops Thx, yep i know my explanation is not good. It's normal that sometimes its very hard to play all notes, you must choose, its the interaction of the game between the music and the shooter : What must i do, more weapon or more speed attack ? ....

Great job! Love the art! I wouldn't say that the genres were very incompatible though, and the music (the heart and soul of a rhythm game) is rather lacking, but other than that it's quite well done! Good job, and good luck!

This is a pretty nice game , well balanced , with good engine audio and arts .. but i'm not sure that fit in the theme because the shoot part is only graphics ? maybe i miss something. Anyway i spend goot time on it ! And it's playable in solo or two player i love that point !!!

That was fun. It's too bad the shooter part isn't really affected by the rhythm part. It was really hard to focus on the red and blue parts simultaneously. But the game is nice and polished. Music was really cool!

@captain-capslock @microwerx Yep its not easy to see the interaction " It’s normal that sometimes its very hard to play all notes, you must choose, its the interaction of the game between the music and the shooter : What must i do, more weapon or more speed attack ? …."

Both graphics and sound are good. The game is difficult, but that's not a bad thing, right? With some improvement it can become a really good game.

Cool game, only wish the red and blue streams were closer together, it's hard to watch both at the same time :p

Honestly one of the best game I've tried so far. Just.. why would you put the blue and red arrows so far away from each other? Just make them closer and it would be awesome ! :)

PS: You kinda did what we did for our game with the themes, only us it's more shoot em up than rythmic ! :p

@blobinet @diblow : Thx, and you have the same idea, to have less space between blue and red arrows ^^ i were thinking about it during the development but i didnt know how to do. i wanted to keep the shooter in the center.

It was pretty fun but as others noted, the shooter part is woefully underdeveloped. Still, a solid rhythm game overall.

I did run into an issue where if I was slightly off on pressing on a repeated chain, the bar would take out 2 arrows at once, which obviously messes up my later presses. Also, the ending is kinda weird that your ship just shoots forever as pixellated color blobs rains down.

@notgreat Thx, yep my system to punish the player if he press a wrong key is a bit strange but it shouldnt bug ... but i'm maybe wrong ^^
At the end ... the spaceship shoot forever and honestly i didnt think about it, you're right, i should stop it ^^
