This game was made using Unity for the Ludum Dare 40 compo, with the theme "The more you have, the worse it is." It's my first Ludum Dare game, and any feedback would be appreciated!
In response to feedback I have uploaded a second version with improved player movement and other minor fixes.

Short and sweet game.
I didn't love the physics of jumping around. Way too easy to get too much momentum, screw up a jump without any way to correct. A double jump might be cool? And obviously sound would contribute a lot to the game!
Maybe it would be better to not have the cam showing the bird after every ice cream taken - it was very helpful the first and maybe second time, but after the fifth it only broke my concentration.
But to be honest - good job. It fits the theme, it feels complete, it makes sense and it looks good.
I LOVE the zoom in on the seagulls! It didn't get old by the ninth one (I couldn't beat the game, sorry), but instead got ever more intense. Nice!
I played the newest version but I still had some problems moving around. The birds keep coming and I don't have enough room to dodge them.
It would be nice to have some kind of UI warning that seagulls are coming from a given direction, so you have some way to prepare?

And I have to share this:

I had one ice cream to go, and one hit left. I made a go for it, and... got hit by a bird mid-jump. And then landed on the last ice cream.
I win/lose!
