Step into the arena and battle it out with 15 other combatants for a chance at love in this Battle Royale / Dating-Sim mash up.

Source code is on the itch.io page. My friend had a concussion yesterday, so I've been spending most of today helping them out. I wish I could have developed the "Battle Royale" part of the game more, but I just didn't have time. Also the WebGL build freaked out on me last minute, so unfortunately I only have a windows build working right now!

You're using unity3d right? You really should export your game for WebGL, Linux and MacOS.
Only windows usually doesn't get played that much :slight_smile:

Anyway, cool design, i liked the graphics. :smiley:

This is really cute. I like the dating sim idea, and the characters look idiotically charming :D

P.S. I'm the same as you. rating and playing games at the last minute :(

This game is interesting, it has many funny looking character had a lot of puns, the sound supported the less serious theme. The Questions were kind of tricky, until you figure out what the hearth would say. Did not feel like a battle royal, but it was fun anyways. Overall Good Game.

Great game! The art is colourful and funny, all the characters look great (except Friendo who is my greatest fear), the music and sound effects are really nice and complete the experience, and the game itself is full of funny jokes. Overall great work!

The game is simple but the gameplay is nice, the questions are very funny ahah. The best point of this game are the graphics: I love the colors, the characters style and the moving backgrounds, that are very nice!
The music also is very good and it matches with the game style! You did it in a few time but the result is very nice, good job!

Great work. I love the focus on small details such as the sound effects and the text moving when you click it, etc. These are the things a lot of people forget in game jams, but they make such a big difference. I'd like some better feedback when I choose a line though. The same sound plays no matter if it's a good or bad decision, and it's not that easy to tell how many hearts I gained. However, that's just nitpicking. Really good work for a compo game!

@misterstripey Hey, I'm very sorry but it seems I won't be able to rate your game since it is a Windows build and I have a Mac. Could you please upload a WebGL build? Because the game looks great and I really want to play it.

Till then, I am leaving ratings for the graphics at least, because they are stunning. :thumbsup:

Cool and funny game. The Music and art was really good and worked well together. But was it only to take the most Hearty puns to win? All the options were really humorous so a lot of points in that category. All in all a solid entry!

@misterstripey Actually, never mind. I borrowed a friend's PC just to play your game . I gotta say, the art is superb, the attention you've paid to the tiny details is amazing. Great game, I'm sure it'll get a good rank. :thumbsup:
