Saving does not work in the web version. The game is not particularly long anyway, but if you want to play over multiple sessions you'll have to use one of the downloadable versions.

Great little clicker game with fun little twists, and I like how you played the theme of 'the more you have, the worse it gets' into the housing crisis that happens with the lumberjacks, and the darker twists the more and more you play (not spoiling it, but things get pretty out of hand for your poor village haha).

From the humorous dialogue pop-ups, to the nice pixel art, to the great music, and the witty things that happen over the course of the clicker game, this is definitely one of my favorites so far. Great work! Extremely impressive for the timeframe given in my opinion.

Hah! Couldn't help but click the clicker to check it out. I like the layout of the central village, and the humor as things take a turn for the worse. Can't say much on the innovation side of things (cause, clicker!), but I played it for way longer than I meant to, which is kind of the point.

Such an interesting way to tell a story. At first I didn't understand how it went with the theme... but then... Thanks for the experience!

Funny, and decent art. Did not think I would still be playing. Really creative interpretation of the theme and good 'story'!

And suddenly bloody fog comes!
May be there is something strong in story lines... but sorry, reading is not about me)

And the game is fun in all other points!
Great job for a such short time!

An excellent and concise portrayal of your message, which is a great take on the theme. Well-presented, too.

This is a fun little clicker game. It tried it's best to get me to stop playing, but I didn't xD Really liked the tutorial messages.

Funny clicker game that has some interesting twists. I would have liked a little less linearity though, but it suited the plot very well! The humor was on point and the music & graphics were well done!

I broke the income number at the max DOUBLE(?) capacity, and can't get an upgrade for "Another One" even if I have the money. My fortune is growing strong, but I can't expend more. Please patch it. I NEED IT. Thanks. :D

Also, the fortune number is trillions, not billions. I'm (almost) sure that it cut 3 digits. Q_Q

Addictive and simple, nice entry. My only critic would be there's too much text for the tutorial (I saw a lot of text, closed it, and keep playing)

Saw you left my game a very nice comment so I felt I should do the same :)

I love the fact that I get to see a clicker that gives me a sense of progression not just through the numbers but also through the visuals!

Though I wish the lumberjacks actually chopped wood.

I can get super addicted to idle games so this fits my tastes really well.

Great job!

I am a sucker for clicker games. This game reminded me that it is alright to leave the game behind. Liked the final screen after you finally delete your progress. Had me laughing from "The Point" on. Great entry!

Ok guys you win, you got me to play the entire game lol

Firstly I do love incrementals and have played them all, and I initially thought the lore was getting in the way and useless. It didn't take me too long to up all the building counts just to see what you've written next, you completely pulled me in. Outside of that stuff, even the art surpasses a lot of other ones out there. Good job and great sense of humor.

Ok so let's be honest, my life is ruined, I’m going to keep on playing this forever now. This game is so addictive. A fun fact is that the first “real” game I managed to make back in 7th grade was a clicker game! I love clicker games as you can tell.

Concerning the graphics it looks really good, I like the shadows you added to the structures it made it feel more polished! I have always loved pixel art and that will not change so I’m impressed.

Concerning the audio, the music is so epic. And by this point the coin sound effect is getting kind of annoying. Some variation would be great.

I would play this every day if you ported it to a mobile game!!

Overall I like this game very much. I had an amazing time playing it. I’ll have it playing in the background forever. I want to get that true achievement. Thank you so much for this experience and good luck in the future! Have an awesome day, and I hope to see you in the next jam!

Nice! Wish I had more time to play. Didn't really get to see how this works out with the theme. Incredibly well put together! Congrats :D

This is a truly excellent execution.
I love how the music gets darker and darker at every step, and I really enjoyed following the stories of those poor lumberjacks blackmailed by bankers and sacrificed to the Outer God of Money :D
I gave you 5/5 on everything, I cant find anything that is not polished, and I got hooked until I reached 138374322470 coins...
Nice job to all five of you o/

ps: if you wish to spend a few minutes in a more peaceful village, please have a look at my own ;)
