What Is This
You are a research robot. In the middle of a day, these cute aliens (aka. ginions) crashes their spaceship. You can eighter wait for the storm to calm down and left them to their death.
Or you can help them by repairing and charging their ship. But the thing is you need to sacrifice some of them for batteries and upgrades.
Get them into a warmer spot by plugging in a battery to the heater
The Goal Is To
Save many of them as you can, don't let them die from the storm, repair the ship and send them back to their planet.
I would love to see you high scores

But okay, I'll save those Ginions :p
The artwork is beautiful - that li'l robot has a lot of character for a tiny sprite and the Ginions are cute. The sounds are great. It feels like you're floating in the lonely void of space. I thoroughly enjoyed this.
A well done game with nice artwork ^^
I don't know if you did but the game actually ends when you charge up the spaceship and load it with scraps  But other than that yeah, you die after some time. At first, it was raining ginions all of the time. But I changed that because that way it wouldn't make sense that they crashed their spaceship. Thanks for the feedback!
0 died from cold, 5 sacrificed for batteries (1 for me, 1 for keeping them warm, 3 for the ship) and 7 saved.
The music is nice but doesn't really fit the icy planet I think. The graphics on the other hand are VERY well done and cute. Good job
But i literally made the ending scene at 2am
I am going to make a post-compo version with alternate ending and much more depth because that sounds cool
About the art, some textures were missing, maybe? I had pink blinks on the creatures that didn't seem to match the game's visuals.
There's a solid design work there and a very good entry! Congrats!
It feels weird to even bother with upgrades, since the game is so short. You can complete it with only a handfull of sacriifices if you don't do any upgrades. The upgrades could be useful if the game was longer, but as it stands, is a pointless murder machine. There was also a few things that weren't instantly obvious, but should have been. One such thing was the heater, which had red filament, indicating it being on, whilst really it was off. Took me a while to realise that the heater had to be powered and healed the ginions.
Otherwise, the game was fairly straight forward, and whilst it didn't provide any challenge, was rather fun. Nice creation!
