Wow this game is unexpectedly fun! I dind't know how it was going to be but apperantly having a small openworld to explore and being a coin is a lot of fun! I even collected all the achievements, and found the Laptop with Unity easter egg.

If the game dragged on for longer, it might have gotten boring, but since it was short, that didn't happen.
I also noticed that the post processing was quite agressive, a little too agressive for my tastes. Otherwise the 3D models were very good even though there were some collision problems like the coin partially slipping though walls. Music was a little lacking but all the other sound effects were great.

All in all, playing through this game was a lot of fun!

Wow, this is amazing! I love your take on the theme and am angry I didn't think of it! Engaging and beautiful game - the environment was a joy to explore, I liked the feel of being an coin and just rollin' around, and appreciated that my curiosity was rewarded. Very well done!

(Also you may want to link to the Ludum Dare page from itch - I found your game on itch and had to do some googling to find this page)

Cool idea for a game -- exploring the world, trying to interact with everything and get the achievements is really fun. The game looks great and its satisfying when you get an achievement. Could use some music and I had a few issues with the coin getting stuck in geometry, forcing me to close and reopen the game. But overall this an amazing game, keep up the great work! 😎

This game is really beautiful! Nice job on the 3D models. Nice interpretation of the theme too.

I only missed one objective: "Time is Money". Walkthrough? :D

Nice entry guys!

I must admit I enjoyed MUCH more than I thought I would! It may seem simple at first, but this game is amazing! The use of the theme is very unique, and the graphics are great!!

One of the few games from this LD which really stand out. Very nice implementation, nice graphics and unique mechanics. And achievements! Speaking of which, I still have to get the last one somehow...

Awesome game! the scene is beautiful, the controls feels great and the concept is very different from many games of this LD.

one time i glitched in the ground to go in a hole under the mini-golf without any way to come-back XD

Nice entry!

So far I've only got 3 achievements lacking, it's really immersive and entertaining. I like how the puzzles of the lil word are so subtle and effectively well done, it really was _unexpected_

Wish I thought of something like this, great game!

I gave up on those 3 achievements as well. Had a lot of fun playing though!

Great job on making this!

Nice entry! I really enjoyed trying to complete all the objectives. They were quite fun, and it was quite challenging to figure out what to do based on those titles alone. Managed to get all of them in the end though

That was a really nice and calming experience. Good job!
Normally i dont like archievements, but in this case you've found a really nice way to implement it. It reminded me a bit of super mario 64, where you allways ended the level with getting the star. I really liked that.

And I almost got all the achievments, but unfortunately I ran into a few issues with the colliders.
Sometimes I got stuck under the cardboard, but I could get out of those. But the thing that broke the game for me was the collider under one of the holes in the golf course. I fell into it and couldn't get out. Sadly, there is no way to reset the level. If you had that option, it wouldn't have been an issue.

Other than that, really nice work, especially on the game design part!
The graphics look really nice and clean and the sound is not too intrusive.

@awesomealliterationalliance, First, thanks a lot for all the nice comments :). Then, we're aware of these bugs, sorry for that. Finally, the achievements' unlock is saved automatically, so your progression isn't lost :)

Great looking game and a cool concept. I tried to switch sides (keyboard), but I couldn't get it to work. I tried doing it while standing still, while moving and whilest in the air. The motion blur is also quite high, making it a bit hard to see this beautiful art that you guys made in one weekend!

Little bugs here and there but nothing that affects the gameplay. Fantastic game! All around fits the bill. Makes me contemplate where my spare change has been XD

Really nice game, the graphics are great, but at the start I glitched into the ground and couldn't move :(

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing Ludum Dare games I've ever played. Sometimes it's fun to just... *explore*. No enemies to fight, no frantic deadlines to meet, just look around and enjoy the scenery. This game captures that perfectly, and even rewards you for it with the various achievements. I could only figure out about half of them, unfortunately. I thought for sure that you'd get the "One in Many" achievement by jumping into the treasure chest, but it didn't work for me.

Good job! I enjoyed this!

At first I was a little curious. Very little direction was given. I like that. It gave me a sense of freedom and desire to explore. The mechanics were not too tough and not too easy. A great example is the vending machine catch.
The only two I couldn't get were I am ball and Time is Money.
The audio was nice. The coin effects were pretty complete with sound effects and visual effects. Very nice.
Only thing I could ask for is another level with maybe a different theme

This is a really interesting take on the theme. The visuals and sound effects are very cozy, in my opinion. The gameplay is surprisingly engaging for a quick game. If there's one thing that definitely needs some improving, it's the collision (as others have said, I'm sure). Regardless, though, this is a pretty nice entry!
