Dead Bodies 3.gif

You play as a happy housewife. Not happy because of your house, but happy because you are secretly a murderer behind your husbands back.

Screenshot 2.png

Your goal is to kill as many people as possible, and hide their bodies around your house. The more people you murder, the less space to hide their floppy corpses. If your husband comes home and finds a dead body, the Jig is up! Enjoy a silly game, with a ridiculous mechanic, but absolutely quality voice acting. Seriously, the budget for this game went 90% towards hiring a professional voice actor.

Screenshot 1.png

Controls: - W,A,S,D to Move - Space to Jump - left Ctrl to crouch - Mouse to look around - E to pickup items and interact with people to let them into your house - LMB to throw carried items - Esc to pause

Hints: - The Husband only recognises the head of a dead body, so make sure that part is hidden - You can kill someone by throwing anything at them, or stabbing them with a knife - If someone gets stuck, just push them around a little bit

(We are new to Unity, so none of the models or textures were made by us)

Fantastic. Great idea, solid execution... it could do with being a little faster-paced, but it's still a romp. Good voice acting too - that was money well spent. :)

The idea is very clever and fun, and very well theme fitting.

It need some polish and it seems to be a litte laggy after some time(maybe some Log.Debug() OnUpdate that you forgot?)

Surely a nice score on Humor!

In the overall, is a funny game to play in spare time, with some innovation on it

Have a nice day!

From the moment I saw it, I thought it was a porn game, then when I read description, it isn't, but when I play the game it is portrayed as a porno. This is a thumbs up on humor

@memel06 Thanks for your feedback! I agree it is a bit laggy, the pathfinding is not perfectly optimised unfortunately :/

Have a nice day too!

Really fun game . I killed a lot of people only with a soda and my husband left me for being a phycho :c.
Maybe i would add a creepy sound to tell when the husband is inside the house. The voice acting is 10/10. Either way, really well done!

I didn't played long enough I think, but I laugh while playing the game. Nice idea provided, and it was fun while playing. I wonder if I have more methods to kill guests...

@r3c0d3r Thanks for playing! I am glad you found it funny :) I agree more ways to kill them would be a good addition!

wHY ARE all the men coming to my house! Under United States law you should be able to murder any trespassers right? so I'll be safe in a court of law.

On the real though, top-tier voice acting, awesome idea, the ragdoll physics reminded me of TES: Oblivion.

Great concept. Love the voice acting. Had a little of bit of trouble with the dead zone on picking up objects which made me wish for more time but other than that I thought this was a solid build. Awesome job.

@dark-prince-zen Yeah I think the picking up can be a bit finicky. Thanks for the feedback!

Found it really hard to drag the bodies the way i wanted :D possibly i need to practise more for better hiding. Managed to hide 7 bodies. Needs some more stuff other than coke cans :D some apples on coffetable maybe. That husband is rather annoying...doesn´t trust wife at all.

Love this submission, it's really something else and really creative and crazy at the same time! Although it seemed kind of hard to hide the bodies sometimes.. They are just too large ;P The crazy mechanic is definitely going to pay off in the humor category. As some feedback I would say: maybe make the time between husband visits longer, so you have a bit more time to find the right hiding spot for a body. Good job on making this!

Creative use of the theme, I feel like the husband should be concerned that a bunch of burly men keep barging into the house rather than casually ignoring them when he walks on by lol

That husband looks pretty blue. Given what he has to put up with at home, I'm not at all surprised, really.

Games with ragdoll are always incredibly funny. Smart idea and not bad implementation! Good decision with doors.

The voice acting was definitely worth your 90%. Yet, with all of this effort in voice acting, you pulled off a really good game with the last 10%. Hiding bodies is harder than it seems, and hopefully this simulator can properly train in the art for generations to come.

Why are there so many people, and why are they so nice to kill?!?!?

Hah, this game gave me quite a laugh, and I enjoyed it quite well, good job. And because of how simple the controls were, along with with how solid the gameplay was, I got nothing to really complain about. Nice

Haha, definitely a fun one. It was great finding ridiculous places to stash the bodies. Though the pacing was a bit slow. I feel like it might be more fun with a smaller house (1 story instead of 2 stories?) and maybe murdering multiple people at a time instead of doing it one by one. Still got a good laugh out of it, especially the professional voice acting.

I've seen some girl playing this game. She was traumatized. I would watch again :D

Great job! The idea is hilarious, although it perfectly resembles a game about hiding body parts from the last time around... Anyway, it's quite fun, although the mechanics are a bit strange. Voice acting is always interesting and a good way to shake things up, so good job including that! Overall, great job, and get some polishing done!

Cheers!
