I liked it. You can really use highlight for interactive object - that improves the user experience.

Really good start to a game. Didn't encounter any bugs. You don't often see point and click adventures. Would have scored higher if it was a bit longer.

@sargonius Thats true. I'll keep it in mind if I keep expanding on the game. Thank you!

@monkeedude1212 Length and complexity is probably why they are rare for game jams. I lost a lot of time setting up the dialog and inventory systems which meant that I ran out of time to make new props and areas. I'm actually surprised that I was able to get as much done as I did. Thanks for checking it out though.

Very good animations for a 2-day project!

Well, that was brutal. The wait between the character walking to the clicked place and dialogue appearing felt somewhat slow, but I got used to it. Good job animating 3D characters in such a short timeframe!

Killer atmosphere! All the systems worked about as I'd expect in an adventure game. I agree with Sargonius that highlighting items on mouse over is nice. Drag and drop for items on the bar would also be a nice QOL improvement if you continue development. Overall impressive amount of work for the timeframe!

This is very short, but I'm impressed at having a point and click in the Dare, with nicely animated models, too! I'm not sure I get the QfG reference, but maybe my brain's being fuzzy about things. The hotspots are definitely too small sometimes, particularly on objects like the metal rings. I also had trouble with it registering clicks sometimes, but that might be a physics thing.

@irwatts

Ah. Drag and drop would have been good. Noted. Thank you!

Quest for Glory was one of my favorite point and click series, and I wanted the name to be an homage to it. If you click on your character in game, there is a reference to QFG as well. Just a few small things to amuse myself.

I agree about the small hotspot on the rings. I wish I had thought of that before submitting.

Nice seeing Point n Click in a 2-day jam. Took me a while to finish it though since, for the love of all that is holy, I couldn't see that dynamite for about the 5 minutes I spent clicking all over the cave trying to find what I missed.
But hey, it wouldn't be a 90s point n click game without someone getting stuck somewhere kk XD
Nice job \o/

Incredibly short, and somethign about how shiny the characters were kinda creeped me out, but then, I guess a lot of old 90s adventure games that were 3d had overly shiny characters so I guess it's on point

All in all, it was what it says on the tin, just really brief.

Awesome that you've made an actual adventure game in 2 days! It was really short but I enjoyed my time with it.
One thing that would be nice to add if you plan on making a full adventure game would be a "hotspot detector" which would save some pixel hunting time (took me a while to find the stick of dynamite). Another thing that kind of bothered me was clicking on the player giving the "overworked" line. I accidentally clicked on the player around 20 times during my short playthrough, so would probably be better not to get a response.

All in all, great entry!

Short but effective. I liked the point and click aspect of the game. It wouldve been nice for it to be a bit longer but I think its fine when you take the time frame into consideration. Overall it was cool and fun.

Amazing mood in this one. I really liked how simple and yet effective was all the setting in the end, but I wanted a bit more of background regardind the chained man. Good job!

Freakin awesome... I love the aesthetic you went with. I didn't like most of those Sierra games, but this is still an excellent homage!

Short and simple. Wasn't too sold on the theme, just felt a little underwhelming overall. I definitely feel like it could've used some kind of subtle highlight or shine for items that could be interacted with, such as with the dynamite, which took me several minutes to find. Maybe could've done with a slightly better camera angle as well, shifted more upwards perhaps. In general not a bad entry.
