HMS Sacrifice by scottgoldsmith
You are Captain of the glorious cruise-liner the HMS Sacrifice. Suddenly your ship hits an iceberg and water is rushing into the ship! The passengers are too panicked to run to the boats. Run about your ship and encourage them to get to the boats. You'll have to go down with the ship, but you can save your passengers!

And the lack of any audio would really help the game
Pros:
• It's different every time => it's more fun!
• You don't have to sacrifice others, just yourself, which is refreshing compared to the usual take on the theme.
• Simple but nice graphics.

Cons:
• I don't know if I overlooked them somewhere, but I wish control instructions were mentioned, or if you allowed using arrows! I'm personally more used to those than letters.
• Some sound effects/music would be fun, but I liked it without them anyways. :)
I am no fond of real time gameplay, because it is pushes for speed, not for optimal solution. Water behaves a bit strange - sometimes it appears on upper floors before bottom floors. Overall nice concept.
Liked the pixel art drawing of the characters.
It wasn't really clear from the game why the captain has to sacrifice himself since there seemed to be more life boats after I saved everyone. Would be nice if there were exactly enough life boats for the passengers and none were left for the captain.
The lack of audio is a bit weird though.
