All in all nice moody scene, lacking a bit of life. For a solo game its pretty good though

I was so surprised when the cops showed up...I knew the risks when I saw the light turn red..but I REALLY wanted that burger lol. All the cop cars flew over like a big car wreck from the Blues Brothers hahahaha great to catch me off guard!

I really like the way you've approached the subject. Your game is very original and i think you could developp even more the principle of you're game. Congrats !

It's so hilarious when so many cops flew out lol. I think it will be funnier if you can do something in jail instead of just waiting the time ticking. Nice try!

For me it is nearly impossible to give this game a rating.

On the one hand it is not really a game, but more of a walking simulator. In a GAME jam I will often give walking simulators a very low score, because they do not really have any game mechanics.

On the other hand this is nearly the perfect indie "game jam"-game. And here is a list of things that made this game so amazing:
1. It is a super simple and a very polished game.
2. It is super simple to play.
3. This game has a lot a great humour.
4. The game has an simple but also super well told story. **!SPOILERS!** I love that the story has a interesting commentary about modern humans and there total lack of patience.
5. **!SPOILERS!** there are some funny and interesting small secrets.
6. **!SPOILERS!** The game breaks the normal game rules, by putting the player in a prison for a long time. I love this idea, and for me it would have been okay if this time have been even longer.
7. The sounds and the music is so perfect for the game idea.
8. The graphics is super simple and there is only the things that is necessary to tell the story.
9. The sounds, graphics and music combined gives the game an super funny and interesting atmosphere.

Okay I have decided to give this "walking simulator" a pretty high score, because it is so super well done.

At first I was thinking about Kentucky route zero (especially the atmosphere). Nevertheless there is a touch of humor that makes me feel something totally different. It's a great experience because you play with the patience and the nerves of the gamer. And you break the wall of the videogame. Honestly I don't think I will find an entry as original as your in this LD43.

Funny game, and the fact that you made all assets, but the sound is really good as well. :)

I loved this so much!!! I loved that my car also went to jail, I got to the win screen after longingly staring at McBurger till they let me out of jail. Wish my car was let out of jail. I loved how all the cop cars just popped up out of nowhere, my mom happened to walk by at that point and she said, "Well you're definitely not escaping from those cops". I would have liked a bit more driving, like being able to move around on the road besides just forwards and backwards, but for what it was it was amazing1
