An RPG mixed with a gardening game!

Can a farmer slay an evil dragon? Grow and eat your food own to gain strength. Drag items with the left mouse button. Drag seeds onto the farm plot squares to either side of your inventory to grow crops. Use and equip items in your inventory with a right click.

You can attack enemies just before they attack to interrupt them, or just after they attack for a critical hit! Don't forget to equip helmets and armor you find!

You can also use the number keys to use items, and the arrow keys to move.

There is also a polished, post-jam version of the game available. Check it out after judging if you liked the game! It has many bug fixes, tweaks and even some extra content.

This is such an awesome entry! I'd play the heck out of this, and the art is fantastic.

My only minor feedback is that the interface is a little hard to use. Great work!

Wow, I am amazed by how good this game is! Very unique gameplay and fantastic art and music.

A rather minor point, but I did find it a bit annoying to have to drag items into my inventory, especially stuff like money, instead of just right-clicking. I also found that I found way too many treasure chests and not enough monsters, which kind of diminished the point of getting items since I wasn't using it against monsters often enough.

Very minor stuff though. All in all this game is fantastic!

The game has lots of little systems and managing and interacting with them is very fun. The decision to not add EXP/LVL progression only highlights the crop management feature, which is great. On the downside, the UI is clunky and does not always work (right clicking should place the item(s) automatically).

Great entry. It would make a great mobile/handheld game where you can have fun in a very short period of time.

I am floored. An absolute treat. I had so much fun playing this. You've done something amazing. The planting inventory was so great. And demolishing the final boss with my 6-sword style was beyond satisfying. Amaaaaaazing work!

Great work! Loved watching you build this one. It's a great blend of two genres that results in a very satisfying game. I know you were rushed with a lot of the graphics towards the end, so I'd love to see a post-jam patch (and stream!) where you can spend more time polishing those up!

All I have to say is "wow". I love RPGs, but this had me hooked after the first few minutes. It plays so well and combined the two genres seamlessly where it didn't feel odd to be using the planting inventory, or even to be planting things while you adventured. Everything felt fantastic, great job.

The farming and RPG elements fit together quite nicely, though I would have liked the farming aspect to take more center stage, currently it serves as more of a tacked on feature rather than a core aspect of the game. The ability to use multiple weapons at the same time was cool, but it did mean that the combat devolved into click all the weapons later on. Other than that, really well done, I loved the idea behind it and the execution was spot on. I didn't manage to reach the end of the game, I got to the mountain area before being eaten by an ogre, but the length was really impressive.

This was a ton of fun! I also loved how you had to gain power through farming and managing your equipment. The combat though! I'm usually not a big fan of combat in rpgs but the combat in this combined with the loot system made it feel more engaging and fun. Really great job!

Great game. I'd love a bit more variety in the combat/weapons - it seemed a little spammy.

Great game! A really good RPG on its own, and for LD game?! Even better! I really liked the graphics and the old school fighting SFX, as well as the farming aspect, which was quite cleverly worked into the inventory. A good balance of fun and challenge, the best LD game I've played so far, keep up the great work!

Awesome game! Had a lot of fun! definitely needs improvements to balance. It seemed too much about luck of the draw which made it feel tedious after a bit. Overall a great game!

Overall very nice but could have been easier to figure out how everything works.

Took me a bit to figure out how to plant and when to harvest the things(not being able to "ruin" unripe plants is nice for checking ripeness though learning that required risking ruining a plant) that probably were seeds(is trading the only way to find out names of items?) and that you're supposed to use your items in battle instead of them being automatically used also I'm not sure if I'm supposed to wander around places using the search option or just move forward without really caring that much about the scenery. It took me until after dying to the dragon to realize that you probably aren't supposed to just try to click all your weapons and shields as soon as they are done charging.
