# Game:

Here's the general flow of the game:

  • A classic game of Mini Golf, but with tanks... and turrets... and catapults... and maybe one really big tank.
  • Get the ball in the hole to complete the level.
  • Aim with the mouse cursor and left click to charge fire the ball.
  • Each death, including resets, is a two stroke penalty.
  • Enemy turrets will only fire in a set direction. Catapults, on the other hand, will aim and attack when you are in sight.
  • Like normal golf * You can't move when you have the ball*, so timing is crucial.
  • Pick up powerful power-ups to assist you in your relaxing time on the greens.

ha dude overall, fun, innovation all 5.0 great game concept. nice old school grahpics, could use some music. But the concept and game play is a 'BLAST" see what I did there? lol

@BlazeDragon The game actually does have music... it's mixed a little quiet, but it's definitely there. Thanks for playing, glad you liked it!

Oh yeah, this is great! I was hooked as soon as I made it to the second course, and started getting fired upon by the turrets. Great entry!

What a great concept! Everything worked great and it was tons of fun. Only issue is i needed to turn up my volume really loud to hear that music. Good job!

Very fun - lots of good parts. There were some holes where it was tough to navigate (hole 8 in particular). I wasn't sure what some of the powerups did, either. But I enjoyed it a great deal - made sense, looked sharp, followed the theme, and fun sound effects and cool music. Nice work.

I had a blast right to the end! See what i did there? Everything about this felt great and was incredibly fun! Combining these two things worked incredibly well, and provided for some really awesome stages. My only complaint is really the default sound volume is super low. I couldn't tell where the smooth music was coming from. Great job!

Great stuff, it was a fun dynamic having to chase after the ball with the tank after each 'putt'! Slick controls, the individual track controls were a nice touch too :)

Also... Asuka!! 😍

This is awesome! Neraly made a hole in one in level 3. Some really tense moments too when trying to aim under fire.

Sound effects, concept and the fact that YOU TRANSFORM INTO A SUBMARINE WHEN IN WATER made this game entirely worth playing. Well done!

This is a really great idea turned into a really great game. There is a small bug on level 10. I went into the water with the life raft and when I came out of the water I pop over the boundary wall and was moving around in the grey outside section and couldn't get back in. The music is really great and while the sound effects were funny, I think real sound effects would suit the tone of your game better. I understand the controls are retro but it is really hard to turn with left and right and go forward and backwards with up and down. I think you should keep the retro controls but have an easier option for movement to choose like moving the direction you press. The art is amazingly retro and the level design is superb. This is one of my favorites for sure.

this is a really cute idea tbh!

the way that you mashed together the realtime elements with the turn based stationary shot mechanic really surprised me.

i'd say maybe adding some timer bars would go a log way for the shooting obstacles but otherwise i love the heck out of it

Good concept and execution! Having to do your shots quickly before you get hit in certain places worked surprisingly well.

Funny sound effects, though after a while I would have just liked "normal" sounds as well!

This was really fun to play. I like the combination of tanks and golf. It feels like a natural combination of two disjoint ideas. The transitional time is great too. Gives the user enough time to feel sad about his/her actions and start right back up again. This game session transition is usually lacking in game jam games.

What a cool concept! This game was original, fun, and what it "lacked" in the audio department, it made up for it with comical genius! 5 stars!
