I really liked this game. In particular the art style! It seems I am too bad at multi tasking and stand no chance at it though oO

Great work! Awesome aesthetic and music which really sets the mood. Quite challenging trying to concentrate on where to walk as well as calming your heart. Loved it. Well done.

Wow! The best Graphics I have seen so far. Also the gameplay, the story, the sound... almost everything seems incredible polished.
I ended up playing it with a friend and somewhat cheesing it (one person playing the walking simulator, another the runner part), but that was really fun as well, so why not, right?
Here are a few nitpicks:
* it starts immediately. Being next to a fountain this is not to bad, but the first time playing it overwhelmed me.
* it also ends really abrupt. It can be hard to read the grave diggers dialog while moving away and then the game just closes down.
* I loved the generous checkpoint. I assume for regular solo-playthroughs this is a heaven-send. it could have been a bit longer after that, but the amount of content at this level of polish is already really impressive for a jam.

Really easy and comprehensive game. The graphics are awesome, really, it's original and punchy. All in all your game is simple but very pleasing, great work :D

Fantastic job! It was too hard for me personally, ha ha, so I died like 12 times before I made it to anywhere and then ended up quitting, but if there was an easy mode I would definitely play for a long while to see all the dialogue and story. And that art is TREMENDOUS. Good work!

Amazing atmosphere, cool music and graphics - I really like the art style. Can get very tense at times and the story was interesting. Strong gameplay. Good job!

most big problem i think that i can't see the game because i try not take damage i think better make this thing where we take damage some little slower, more longer and make attack and quiet time more longer. because now i can or play and go in wall or die and look around(maybe it's my problem XD)

Hey Igor! Between the music and the mood your game is quite the _heartthrob_. It took me a few tries but I was able to beat the game. The heart controls were pretty difficult since I didn't know which lane some enemies were in. I also took consecutive hits when there was a wall of 2 that I couldn't pass in time which could be solved with a temporary invincibility after getting hit. I liked the artwork but felt there could have been more dialog or story explaining why he had to leave his love and what the ruby was. That explanation with a game over/complete screen would have been cool. I could easily play the next part of the story :)

Good job! I'm really impressed with the art, and the music is superb! The idea is well done, and the dialogue actually feels meaningful for once! I think you should really use the genres rhythm-based and narrative or puzzle or walking simulator or something, not endless runner and walking simulator. Endless runner and walking simulator are WAAAAAYYYY too compatible for this. Luckily, your game fits other themes that are less compatible (and that feel more obvious at first glance), so I will rate it on those.

Good job, and good luck!

I only realized this was a cooperative game because you told me, unless you just have that as a theoretical option? I think it works better in co-op than it does as a solo player. Non-parallel multiplayer play is fascinating.

The music is fantastic, the art is awesome, the controls are good. You know you need to fix the tree clipping issue. XD

A title screen, or at least "press a key to begin" would be a great addition, because suddenly leaping into a game that actively tries to kill you is problematic.

Other than that, though, great work!

And people complained about our game being too hard... This multitasking was insane. I think i would not have been able to complete it without my friends, telling me where to go, while i concentrate on the heart. But this game was awesome! Playing through this insanity was super fun, the artstyle was just perfect and the audio kept me pumped up through the whole thing. Great job.

@mrjoshuamclean Didn't mean it as co-op game, but we were aware of this possibility all the way; Bernard even suggested to advertise the game as 3-player co-op (the third person reads dialogue xD).

I wish I had the attention to spare for the striking visuals, but my eyes were stuck on the lower left corner. Either this should be easier overall, or there should be safe areas, or fast travel, or a transcript, or re-spawning at fountains, or something, please!

great atmosphere,
simple matching graphics that contribute to the atmosphere,
bonus points because of the adapted godot logo

Well done!!
