I think if you're to move further with this game, is to add a sense of pressure as I was fighting the time but initially I thought I had to fill the food bar XD. Good job~!!

When either meter is high, dang is that some pressure on the player. Makes it more fun, mashing D and hoping you can eke out a few more points. I played it multiple times to get that score! Charming sprites too.
Also, are you saying that exercise and food only work when used together :thinking:
Second game, I try to avoid the food, and then, I understood.
Finally I can play and have fun.
I like this type of introduction, where you learn by failed...
Maybe different types of jump could improve the game...

@dunin yeah, some of my teamates said to put a tutorial for people understand how to play the game, but i thought it wasn't necessary. Thanks for the feedback! (ah, and there is double jump, this maybe i should put that exists)

@shimmen yeah, the jump wasn't the way we wanted to be, the double jump was actually a bug that turned out to be a feature lol, so i understand that the jump seems a bit odd.
At first I thought it was yet another not-to-eat-too-much game. Then it told me I starved. I got confused. Then I eat a lot in the game then I lose again. After that finally did I understand this game's rule.
It is a good idea to add such diet management into a platform game. And I think the idea of connecting discharge to dash is very clear. It is not only the fact that one should do some exercise after eating too much, but also, as the diet management is stressful, so the discharge which will reduce the fat bar is stress-relaxing. It did be a good idea to connect it with a satisfying dash movement.
It did perhaps feel a bit random - especially the dashes I usually just had to hope I didn't eat too much on.
My highest score was 11 000.
That being said, the idea fits the theme pretty well. The fact that the player has to balance the food he eats is a good mechanic. I'd have been cool if the character actually gained or lost weight in the game, having some visual cue. But it's fine for being your first jam :) Good job guys.
