Did not enjoy this game. Seemed so easy at first and ramped up very fast in difficulty, can see why someone that likes cats may enjoy this but the little bastards can piss off if they're gonna fight and still want me to give them food and shovel their shit. 10/10 would never play again!

Ah, the cat game! Nice animations and smooth gameplay. Couldn't put myself into scaring the new cats, they look into your yard so cute! So I got overwhelmed quickly. Good job!

Nice game, at the first try I didn't know that you can scare away the cats on the fence and therefore I was quickly overrun. At the second try it worked better, it was fun! And cats are always the best choice! :)

Wow, just wow. Well, got to 8 days. But, the real high score is stacking 3 cats on top of each other. I want to see if someone can do 4!

I can't take care five cats in Day 5! :( so sad! Really fun to play with, also feel bad to get incoming cats away. Overall, love this game :D

Damn, I couldn't bear kicking incoming cats of the fence so I got swarmed quite quickly. The game has lovely graphics and audio, and the gameplay is fast-pacing and quite fun to play.

Fits the theme perfectly, so I can say just... Keep up the good work!

I can see clearly the connection with the theme, really well thought.
There could be a upgrade with a litter box or more food for the cats.
The sound was really good and gave me a good feedback on what was happening all the time.

Big thanks @maybe! Of course, food and other features were planned, but we had to CUT a lot in order to make it. I'm pretty proud of us being able to somehow focus on what turned out to be exactly what we could manage in the constrained time. Also investing almost 2 hours into sound was good, I'm certain now! :)

Quality, stressful and sort of fun. Made me think of cat ladies in a new light. So much poo!

That pooping squat though! Pretty good realistic textures, especially for a ludum dare time frame.

The pacing is a bit fast. I never get a sense of success, which feels unfair and ultimately makes it a game about losing. This murders the fun factor. I feel like many games fell into a similar hole with this theme. I do think the features you had to cut for time's sake would have fixed this. So I won't hold it against you. It is good to see you were conscious of this pitfall even if you didn't have the time to implement around it.

Excellent work overall. It was very cute, effectively communicated what was going on to the player, and had a good level of polish.

The idea is simple and good, and it is easy to learn how to play. Both the sounds and graphics is really great. For me the game gets too difficult too fast, and I would have preferred a slower and more relaxed version of the game. But overall a well made LD game. Well done.

This is a pretty solid entry, as solid as their doo-doos. Them turds are about 1/3 the size of their mass. Stupid cats! Pretty fun entry. I managed to get to day 6 being a manager for a bunch of simpleton kittens. These cats will never work for me!

When I cleaned up poop and flung two fighting cats apart I felt capable. If you continue to develop this game, at first I was confused what to do and what the goal was. I tried to fling a cat over the fence, but the cat didn't fly.

At first you only have one in your garden, but soon several climb on the fence to invite themelves, and you do not hesitate to chase these unwanted guests, but every day one of them will join the party without asking you. These cats are not only happy to eat in one of the 3 bowls present in your backyard, they often find them fighting and also, to make big poops, without any shame. Of course it's up to you to separate them and clean up behind them. At the top of the screen 2 gauges, happiness and hygiene, if the first hits zero or if the 2nd is filled it's the end of the game. The rather natural animations of the cats accompanied by realistic meowing make it a little fun game, even if, after 5 days it becomes almost impossible to manage everything at the same time!"
