Coffee Run Banner Temp_2.gif

Endless runner with the goal of collecting points and not to hit obstacles.

Collect coffee cups as points, but they also make you run faster so collect water bottle’s to slow down.

The game has two play modes, Day Shift and Night Shift, the difference in visibility rises the difficulty.

The first part was a bit slow, but the increase in speed was enough to keep my attention. Everything else worked just like you'd expect and all in all it's a pretty good game. I also remember this from a while ago with you saying you started late, so I can give more props for that.

Seems like we are getting sugar high for drinking coffee ;)

It'd be better if there was a time limit though

Engaging game that gets harder and harder the more coffee you have hence the theme

I loved the inclusion of alchohol vs coffee (it's just like real life :yum:)

and the barrels were a perfect size not to be too hard to jump over on a major coffee overdose

However, it was a little too slow at the start which discouraged me from doing a replay

Overall, Great game! - has the potential to be quite addictive actually, just needs abit of speed at the start to get the gameplay flowing.

The start of this was really slow, but once you got a few cups of coffee it picked up to a reasonable pace. It's a fun challenge trying to get as much coffee as possible while still being safe at night!

This was a simple concept done to perfection. Very addictive gameplay, aside from what others have mentioned. It feels quite slow at the start, especially if you have to start over, it drags. But, the gameplay is great, the graphics pretty, and the sounds relaxing and simple in a good way. Nice game!

Had three bottles spawn at the start and I just stopped. Tried to avoid the bottles to make it more challenging. Love that only the sides of the barrels stop you and not the top too.

The game looks great. The animations are well synced to the movement, the audio is okay and the cell shading is a nice touch. However, I don't think you should just 'stop' if you collect too many water bottles, and the game is a little laggy on my computer, it's even worse in night mode. Nonetheless its pretty good.

Hello, I found the game a little bit slow at the beginning and the fact that the only obstacle is a barrel (sorry if there is more I didn't see them) make it a little boring. However, the actual release is very clean and smooth, good job !

The game looks extremely polished to me. Timing is good (compared to other 'jumping' games) and audio-visually fits together with the gameplay.

Keep up the good work.

This is beautiful visual polish for 72 hours. The parallax backgrounds and character animations are fantastic. Very nice work.

Now you just need some awesome, heart-pounding music!

Its very nice of you to warn us that web version can cost lot of time to load which many people forget to do that.
The nice scene is very beautiful. Over all good job.

A solid entry. I'm not so sure about the night mode as a higher difficulty. Being able to see less is more frustrating than difficult, and I could still see everything so it didn't really make it much harder either. I do like, however, that it is a different way to do difficulty as the most common way would just be to increase the speed and how often obstacles appear, and that isn't really doable in your game. One idea that could work is to have some self imposed difficulty, like having score multipliers for skipping water to encourage players to take risks. I think that the main thing that the game lacked were meaningful choices, or any reason that I would have a different approach then any other player.

I like it. Fits the theme, easy to play, and plenty of work gone into it it looks like.
I like that you can collect water bottles to slow down too, perhaps it should start off a little faster though.
Well done!

Really solid game, nice polish with the cell shading and run animation. Generally easy to pick up, but it was hard to avoid water bottles when you're moving slowly, so it could be really slow to pick up enough speed from coffee mugs. SFX were quite nice, would have liked some music to go along with them as well!

Classic endless runner game. I liked the night shift mode which nicely added difficulty. It would have been good to have more obstacles, like moving obstacles, enemies. I would also say there should be some music, but my own game does not have music so...
