Get rich or sink.png

There's a hole in your ship, and you have to save up for a new one. But the more gold you loot, the faster it sinks. How will you deal with that?

WASD - control boat; SHIFT - pick up gold; LMB - shoot.

I really like the aesthetics of this game. It looks great. I wasn't a fan of the boat's controls but other than that I really enjoyed it.

Very fun game with great graphics / audio! Controlling the boat is challenging in the beginning but gets easier as you get used to it. Congratulations. :)

Why does the title screen remind me of Kantai Collection?

Cool game!

As others had mentioned the boat controls are a little difficult.

But the feel of being a sailor is certainly there. The music and characters works well.

Would have like to have seen some more islands out at sea.

Good mood.

Yar Har Diddle Dee Dee plundering ships is fun for me! Gets pretty stressful when your ship is halfway under the water and trying to race back to port. Great game everyone!

Good graphics, audio didn't play for me though :( Gameplay was nice except boat steering was incredibly slow. Liked it overall though.

This was loads of fun! I really liked everything. Some room for improvement, I'd have liked to engage more ships, maybe a little bit of rebalancing is in order. Otherwise, I quite liked everything from the theming to the music.

I like the aesthetics and idea of the game, and I actually quite like the boat controls (the turning speed is a bit slow though), however, to me, the game seems oddly slow-paced, which doesn't work that well with your "You are quickly sinking" mechanic. If you added more enemies closer to the hub area and upped the overall pace of the game
I think it could quickly become a lot more fun to play for extended periods of time.
Either that or you could play around with different ways to handle the ships sinking speed, maybe add more areas where you can buy/sell things to get lighter or something.
But still, the game feels great, and I really like the setting, good job.

Good game. I very like art. At first controls was difficult for me, but after time i,m used to it. Also I very like first game cutscene.

Nice art, boat controles are not pleasant in my opinion. the first picture oddly reminded me of One Piece :P. Good entry! Very theme fitting!

Nice take on the theme. I liked the introduction of the game through the conversation. (:

Very good game Overall. The only thing is that the boat turns very slowly.

It took me approximately 6 minutes to buy a new boat without buying anything else, I saw only half of the map I think (I never needed to go past the 1st 2 patrolling boats with a giant crab going up & down).

- Graphics are nice, especially the characters and the boats.
- The introduction is really funny.
- Music is sympathetic but quite repetitive on the long run.
- The boat has the same controls as a car with very bad adherence. At one point I nearly spent 20 seconds going in circle around a chest. Most people don't think that a boat can go in reverse so it might help to remove the ability to go backward. (still "Astern propulsion" seems to be a thing, I discovered that 5 minutes ago, link below)

Globally this was pleasant to play though the level design don't encourage you to explore. With more polish it could be really enjoyable :D
