Breakout with an overload mechanic. Break bricks and vent the power to avoid overloading. Colliding with an overloaded protofusion ball stuns your ship.
Venting also unleashes the power of multiball.

I don't know if it is voluntary, but you can "vent" before the "danger" signal, then it become just a good help...
Boss design is great!
Well made game in general.
1) Strange reflections. Sometimes ball bounced by random way
2) Bugs. One of my tries destroy all blocks at second level but nothing going on.
Boss looking really very awesome! But I had tooo less lifes because of lags and bugs =(
And also cool shine animation of solid blocks =_-
I'd say that sometimes the direction the ball bounces seems a little bit random, though.
The game itself is rather safe, but well made.
