TLDR How To Play:

• Remember the recipes
• Pickup ingredients matching a recipe and sacrifice them
• +1 score for each correct ingredient following a recipe
• -4 score for each extra wrong ingredient
• 8 Levels of recipes - unlock a new level every 20 score
• * YOU DIE* if you don't sacrifice correct ingredients following a recipe or your score goes below 0

Recipes

There are 32 total recipes in the game. There are 4 countries with 8 popular dishes each: UK, Japan, USA, Brazil.

About

Unfortunately, I could only spend about half the time I wanted to on the jam, So please forgive the lack of UI feedback and audio.

Post-jam bug fixes, (no features/content added) - I accidentally left in debug code which really broke the game (Fixed by removing 1 line of code) - Round not ending when you placed final ingredients - Game would not pause when book is open - Player could still move with book open, possible game-over - Player level disabled, which unlocks all 32 recipes - Sacrificing items would delete previously sacrificed items causing inevitable game-over. (Fixed by merging array instead of replacing) - Ingredients Icons not renderings properly in book (Horizontal layout group disabled on prefab)
