Ready? Aim... Fire!

Combining the demand for accuracy from shooters with the brain power needed to play match three games, Match Gunner provides either an interesting twist to the match three and/or shooter genre or an ultimate test of skill (both brains and brawn!)

  • Move using the WASD keys

  • Aim with the mouse. Right clicking will pick up the block you are aiming at while left click will fire your weapon.

  • Don't let the match three tiles hit you, or you will DIE!

  • Casual mode is available for those that want to play without the stress of death

  • HARDCORE mode is there for those who truly want to test their strength.

Pretty fun game. Played casual and could feel the stress. My record was 630 in casual :D

Nice game! I loved that you included a casual mode to be able to get a feel of how the game works in a less stressful environment (played both casual an normal mode)

this is super fun and engaging honestly. I really enjoyed it. Seemingly simple concept but so fun and entertaining. I really had a lot of fun playing this. Sound effects were great, music was very pleasant, art was super fitting, concept was simple and fun, game play was smooth. Great overall!

I love this one! :heart_eyes: Took me quite a while to realise how to get the specials, but once I seemed super obvious.
I got 3630 on Normal.

Suggestions/nitpicks:
* the music sometimes stops playing on restart
* it would be nice if the game continually sped up a bit (or new colours were added or some other additional difficulty) (I know about hardcore, but I'm not good enough for that).

@SecretPocketCat thanks for the feedback! Yup, I realised after watching @Jupiter_Hadley play the game, but wasn't sure if I could/should fix it since its not really a game breaking bug. the second idea is interesting though 🤔
