Interesting concept, was a bit confused at first before I find out there is a flame thrower. Personally would like the scene to be a bit more bright.

I like the idea of shooting pasta in the pot XD. To bad there are so many tomatos and potatoes or whatever they are that follow you around, it makes the platformer challenge really hard. Cool concept overall!

I have to say, I didn't expected to have this much fun playing this game ! It's very simple and basic, but quite funny and nice to play overall ! A good game for this theme, good job !

But daaamn where does all theses ball come from ? AAAAAAAH they are everywhere !

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh... so many red and brown balls! Though, I guess that's the main point of the 'FPS' shooting aspect. Overall, clever idea. Oh, and I agree with @corbak, I enjoyed javelin throwing pasta into the pot.

Haha man, this is pretty wacky, I love it. I wish it was a bit better executed, took me ages to figure out I had a flamethrower and I could never figure out how to "use" the handles to empty the pot. Shoot them? Secret button?

Still, lots of props for mashing two unexpected themes!

The game worked as expected, no random glitches, which is the most important part. It's cool to see other shooters and how they implement the idea of 2 genres. we mixed two worlds together. You can check out Gorytale if you want.
I think I had the most fun using the handgun rather than the flamethrower because of the particle effects. Overall I really enjoyed it

@Lewis-Quaife, you can switch weapons with 1,2,3. 1 being the handgun and 2 being the flamethrower and 3 being the pasta when you finally get it.

Shooting, cooking, and a little bit of platforming too! ;)
Using a flamethrower to cook your pasta just warms my heart, and the fact that you guys used WebGL to make the game quick and easy to play even more so!
Good job <3 Results did indeed vary though... Even with all that education, everything still ended up on fire.

Cooking game and FPS, an interesting combo, but I am afraid I got stuck on having to *release the water.* I had no idea what that meant and what I should do that that stage. A clearer indication of the next step would've helped - I also see other people not being aware of the flamethrower for heating up the pot. Generally a jam game will see just a few minutes of play per player, so explaining/indicating gameplay is paramount.

Visually it is clearly a Unity game. There's a lot of black on the dark side of things. I have no Unity experience, but if there is some kind of ambient light option, then go for it. The lighting was very high in contrast.

I was curious to know what exactly I should do. I understood that the fire heats the pot and that it has like to take the third weapon (to that I understood toothpicks). I did not quite understand what those flying balls were, I knew they were helping to jump higher and that it was possible to blow them up with ordinary shots and sticks.

Tip: A little more visual feedback could help make the goal clearer.

The union of the genres was cool as well. Congratulations.
