Day 3!

After a few plays I figured out the strategy of placing fruits and salads under other boxes — which made rats so much less annoying.

I was about to comment about how it's hard to remember what boxes I still need to complete an order, but I _**just**_ noticed that the two posters on the wall tell me exactly that. I wish I had figured this out sooner!

Also, and I'm sure you've noticed this bug already; occasionally a crate seems to get stuck and you can't pick it up and just walk right through it. I got fooled by this a couple times where I think I have enough fruit, but then one of my boxes is stuck and I'm left one box short of completing the order.

My favourite entry so far!, amazing little game. Graphics and controls are tight, everything responds as you would think it should and I love the simple idea taken into a stressing resource control game. The only thing I would add (and this is complete nitpicking) would be a sign on top of the guy that takes an order, I ended up forgetting what should I give the guy after ordering on the phone (but this is probably intentional, I guess).

Anyway, superb entry and great job :)

This is a really good entry the micro managment is difficult but fun. the asthetics are super. Thats a game where I find out the neat little tricks by my self without any tutorial because the game is fun it got enough polish that the simple gameplay is simply fun to play.

This is a great game and I would absolutely play it again! I like the graphics and audio, albeit there was no music outside of the menu. At first, I didn't understand that you had to walk against the boxes you wanted to pick up though.

It was super hard at first but quickly you get used to the crate micro management thing. I'm not sure it's actually possible to play "apples" & "vegetables" at the beginning because of the rats. Is it intended?
Great game :)

Gorgeous! I had a bit of trouble with picking up boxes - I see other people mentioning that you have to walk at them when pressing the pickup control, but I was doing that and it was not really working effectively. It was also way too hard for me because it is basically a memory game and mine is terrible :P But that's a me problem... I guess the main thing I want to say is that I love the art.

@fis The cart acces is a server problem I can't solve right now, but you can still download the zip, there's a linux build inside ( I forgot to mention it, sry )

@deepnight you can hide your vegetable and apple crates from the rats by just covering them with other crates. You can also move the crates to make a rat leave. A fed ( eat too much ) or bored ( chased too much ) rat will leave the warehouse if he meet a truck. That's a lot of hidden mecanics... I lacked time and ideas to make them more visible.

Amazing game with so many features packed into one small warehouse.

Loved the game. There was a lot of replayability on it. Sometimes you are lucky to get the cat on the first rounds.. There is some visual bugs with the crates not dissapearing on the right area from time to time. Apart from that, it was very engaging.

I really enjoyed it :) linux build is working. One thing, if you take a crate during a delivery and you stand in the unloading zone, the crates placed on you (while taking one) start to glitch (as already noted, crates with visuals but not collidable and pickable).

I'd like some more randomness, since after playing the game about 50 times, the start is always the same and there are too many traps when selling stuffs :3

very well done!

I saw this game posted during the development and got super excited! The graphics look amazing and so does the sound.

I love the concept and micromanagement fits the bill theme-wise.

I did have a hard time with the controls, however. They were a bit unresponsive, at least for me. It seemed random when I could (or couldn't) pick up boxes. This did have a rage inducing effect on me. :(

Overall I think this is a game worth developing further!

**edit**: Ok, I tried the windows version now (previously I played the web version) and controls are much better! It's amazing how much content you managed to produced in so little time. Really enjoyed the game and believe, even more so now, that you should keep developing this idea! It's a fun minigame and I could see it working on mobile also (with some polish to the control scheme)

Great game!
- the art is really nice.
- Sound is simple, but good.
- The gameplay is simple and fun.
- I find little confusing that the posters use only the name while the phone use only the image of the boxes.

Love that it's a Pico8 entry. The sound is great for what tools you are given... Overall awesome job!

Great polish and great fun! Really nice feeling controls, although everything is so teensy that it feels a bit awkward to move around. On the other side this adds to the insistent feeling of stress that creeps on to you from behind :sweat_drops: Lovely work, I truly enjoyed it!

Interesting game, mostly straightforward gameplay too, but I agree with the previous point of posters using only the name vs phone using images for the boxes. The main gripe I had with the game was the sometimes perceived jankyness of picking up/dropping boxes, but that quickly became unstuck as you played more.

Really cute game, and as a whole it feels quite polished!

Nice work :D

Really love this game, great concept and great gameplay, some glitchs in certain places but doesnt hinder gameplay, I have been seeing a lot of games on pico engine. Still new to the game development scene and still trying to learn programming to get to the point to be able to make something like this. Great game my friend, anyway you will be releasing the source code?
