"Tobias, quit this dictionary! When you talk to someone in real life you do not have time to look at the dictionary! You have to run with the words!!"

Tobias is a young Geography graduate, who has to travel the world to enhance his exploration experience.

Because he had no idiomatic knowledge, he would face many problems...

So he hires the best teacher in town to overcome this challenge.

After the first lesson (which ends with the sentences quoted above), with his head full of information, still in the library, he decides to sleep.

He naps in the library, near the bookshelf...

Then the dictionary falls on his head...

And in his delirium...

Very funny game, with a very creative use of the genre and theme. The sound quality becomes a bit hard to discern when it comes to the foreign language sounds, but I actually feel like I've learnt a bit. Good work!

I liked the game. I think there should be more games like this side scrolling endless runners.Graphics could have been better though.

It's a little bit confused I think. I missed a gameover screen when I loose, and sometimes I didn't hear the words.

"Franboiçado" Oopsie, still don't know how to write this. The game concept itself was interesting, still it lacked some feedback and maybe true game over screen. Plus, the screen was quickly moving, I wasn't sure about which food I was picking and what was it's effect. But I wonder if I didn't learn some food names in foreign languages... Anyway, still a good take on the theme. And the music was pretty decent, maybe there's some FL Slayer in it, right ? :P

Graphics were cute, and parallax scrolling was neat. The game was nearly impossible to win, since the jumps were so high, and it only took 3-4 hits of bad stuff to "loose." It wasn't obvious what foods helped and what hurt. I heard words going on, but I didn't know what they were saying, except that they sounded like Spanish for some of the items there. Good effort, though.

I'm glad losing doesn't require you to start the game over, it just continues. I wish the jumping was a bit more accurate to make it easier to miss things I know I'm not supposed to pick up. Having said that, it's a pretty fun little game and the mashup of genres is successful.

It's an interesting concept.
It's a bit difficult to tell wich item is which at first. I liked the voices included.
Player movement could need some polish. Sideways movement felt random. The genres mix was well implemented.
Good work!

Come and try mine!
