A nice little ambiance-centered piece. It's beautiful and creatively develops the theme. I wish there was sound. I wonder why it's 50M, though.

The art is beautiful!
I miss some background music too and a little more of a challenge, but cool entry!

Lovely art but very static - sounds and animation would really add polish here, and compliment that beautiful painting work. The game didn't really to have much progression to it, tho maybe I was missing something!

Thanks for the comments everyone! I'm investigation why it's not working for some. And I absolutly agree that it's lacking progression right now and music could add a lot.

Alright, the web version has been changed over to Unity WebGL so it should be working on Chrome browsers. Also the download size for PC and Mac have been reduced.

The game (I guess it's more of a toy right now) doesn't have an end condition. Had some ideas for a post-Jam version where you play for a specified time and build points depending on how many of the cities sigils you keep lit simultaneously. Might help provide a feeling of progression by producing a number that can be compared to previous play session.

Anyhow, thanks for the feedback again!

With some music, this could have had a great mood.

I love the artwork, but as other said some music and animations would really add to the experience.

Really liked the art work and colour palette, the game definitely has potential. I look forward to a post-jam version

Hi, nice game ! We're realizing a video with several games of the Ludum Dare #35.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description

There is not really enough here to keep me interested. Sure it looks good like everyone says, but it is just a still image and the game play is almost non existent. No use of theme does not help either.
