How To Play
All in one line
1 ,2 ,3, 4 to play cards
Detail Version

For each card, there are a direction and card type.
The first one point to 4 direction means that it can be used totally following your mouse pointing direction.
For the others, a single direction card has a 150% bonus compare to all direction card but it can only point to a certain direction.
Like below gif, when I use the last card (point to NE), my mouse is pointing to SW, then my character dash to the top.

Cooldown and Countdown
When you are playing, there are two timers you need to focus on,
the first one is the CoolDown time bar which is the larger and lower one. It starts counting each time you play a card. After the cool down time is done, the CountDown time bar starts counting. When the CountDown time bar ran out, your character will automatically play a random card. (like below gif)
Note that there is a penalty for the card effect according to how fast you play the card after cool down
The maximum penalty is 60%

About the Theme
The main idea of this game is to compare an SLG and RTS?/Action? game.
I don't really know how to present the idea, all in all, I make a lot of time limit stuff in a game type that normally gives player infinite time before they do the move.

That's actually what I want to achieve! To create a gameplay that requires the player to focus on multiple places at the same time. They need to be familiar with the system and the cards before they can play well.

Graphics is cool as always (I really like your rabbit farm, by the way). I think it would be much cooler if:
- have sound effects when hitting/defending/getting hit by the enemies, so players can know what happens. Actually I didn't understand or having time to understand my character's HP bar when playing
- In my playing I gave up watching at the cool-down & count-down bars at all. It's nearly impossible to focus on more than 2 things at the same time, and they would be what card to play and where the enemies are in this game. All I did was to 'feel & predict' the next cooldown in my mind. "So why not making this game in rhythm and beats?" The thought came into my mind and I realized that it would make this game super cool! The cooldown system naturally fits beats. And for the slow-down penalty system in your game, music can be slowed down or changed to another sorrow one, in terms of making players sad and uncomfortable.
You are totally right! I should add some more sound effect on it to tell the player what's going on,
At first, I was trying to make this game some kind of different from the just rhythm game. However, after playing the game myself and your comment. Now I think that will be much better if I just make it base on rhythm and beats! Then we don't need the count-down anymore, we just require players to feel the beats and make each decision on time! For the 4 direction card, you dash and attack to your current mouse direction!
For the single direction card, it also adjusts the direction according to your current mouse direction.

Overall it was fun though, there were many times when I was frantically searching for a card that would get me out of my current situation, so the intensity and skill were definitely there. As other have mentioned, more comprehensive sound design would have enhanced the experience, but this wasn't really a huge issue.
Overall, great execution of a unique idea.
Also, you're the guy that made rabbit farmer? Now I know why you're on my follow list. That shit was awesome, I swear I played that one for like an hour.
But it is a bit hard to me, I always die in level 3.

I think if want to develop this game, I will make two version (one with rhythm and one without it) and find which one is better!
I think keeping this feature(time limit to play card) is cool, maybe in some different way.
Or I may enable this at something like rush time and the rest of the time just let players think as long as they want!
The game feels really hard though ! Despite many attempts i always get rekt by the two guys once they cornered me.
But I still really like how the game pushes you, I don't find as frustrating as I could in other game for exemple, dunno why ...
