  3. Spell cards that spawn magical spells to damage the enemies
  4. Tower cards that spawn your towers
  5. Upgradable towers.

Interesting concept, altho it seemed very buggy to me - the frost tower shot only itself, no towers shot at all after the first wave.

Hey, I really like the mixing of these genres. There's some bugs that got in the way of me progressing far, but the core idea is pretty cool.

Could be a good game.
I did struggle to understand what to do.

I think the general idea is good. But there's some issues in the current version. I don't know if receiving only one card per wave is intended? I think getting more but make them weaker would make more interesting gameplay. Also at some point I just couldn't play anymore, I think some ui elements got overlapped or something and I just couldn't click on anything anymore.

Nice TD game, but the game is really buggy, the first wave was okay but after that my towers didn't shoot anything anymore, which made me loose really quickly. I liked the music.

I get the concept that you're trying to produce here, but this game is extremely buggy in its current state, and nigh-unplayable. Still the idea is fairly good. I'm sure that if you had more time, the game would turn out great.

Nice concept, but things start going wrong fast, in 2 ways: too many bugs, and the first wave has so much healt that is discouraging.

Overall a nice idea although executed somewhat poorly.

Sound was annoying and once I ran out of the starting cards I never got any more and the shop didn't work...

Having full area of effect cards made me feel super powerful, nice. It'd be easier for new players if you had a "how to play/controls" section in you're description. Hit a bug when clicking fast through the menu I somehow ended up with "NaN" values on all the cards making them free.

Cool concept! It got pretty hard though up to wave 5 and i lost a fair few times before getting there.
It might be that i'm misunderstanding stuff or just suck :P But truth be told; drawing cards to get new towers and special powers is a cool way of doing it!

Thanks for all the feedback guys! It's a shame that Unity had to screw us over at the last minute. Everything that is buggy with the game worked on our team members' respective computers before we mixed everything together. Regardless, it is nice hearing that you enjoyed the concept we threw together.

The basic idea seem pretty interesting. Unfortunately for me no part of the game really worked. The towers didn't seem to do damage to the enemies, if they were shooting at all. My suggestion would be to next time aim a bit lower but try to get the base mechanics to work properly. Keep it up. You will get there!

The UI seemed pretty broken. I couldn't get the upgrade interface to go away. I also couldn't figure out how the shop worked.

There's a surprising amount of content here. Lots of towers, enemies, upgrades, cards, etc. Unfortunately, it wasn't very polished, so it was pretty hard to actually place and upgrade stuff properly.

I figured out that I could keep getting more cards every time I hit the "start wave" button. Then I just spammed the meteor and icicle cards to clear-off the entire screen. It was kinda fun to just see a mess of particles all over the screen. And it worked really well! But I get the sense that this probably wasn't the intentional strategy...

If you have the time, you should try to make a post-compo version that fixes some of the UI issues.

I had a pretty hard time playing this because of the bugs and such, but I think the concept is cool. I'm not exactly sure what the cards across from me did, and I don't think any of my cards or towers actually did anything to harm the enemies. I think the idea of a tower defense card game is great, but this needed some tidying up to really shine. Still though, I think you have a cool concept to polish up, so good work!

Pretty good game, played around with it for a while. My only complaint is that the game is really lagy.

Fun game. I liked the enemies.
If it would be more balance could be better, at some point towers are too powerfull and enemies are allways the same. The UI is not intuitive.

Way too bugged and confusing. The concept seemed fun.
