Dance for your Light is a HTML5 game that you can play on your phone or desktop. You must dance to keep the light protecting you from the darkness, choreographing moves to dance dance dance! Only then can you shine bright and keep the darkness at bay.

At the time of submission there are 4 dance you can discover, each with their own animation. My * favorite dance is the shake*, since this most accurately represents my own dancing style. See if you can find it!

I created the art and code for this game myself using the following tools and frameworks:

• iPad and Procreate for drawing :pencil2:
• Atom as a text editor :musical_keyboard:
• Vue.js as a framework :v:
• Sweet, sweet Canvas API :older_woman:
• Heroku to host <3 :heart:

I spent about 22 hours working on this, and focused on building a solid foundation of code to deliver a smooth game. That said, I would love to work more on this in the future, and focus more on the graphics.
