The voice over was hilarious! "I see a stain the size of the black blue sky... I'm gonna pour clorox all over you and your gonna burn from head to toe!" It had me lol-ing out loud. Great job!

Muah ha ha. If only real stoners got that much exercise out of the house :) Love the shader effects here.

The voice-overs are easily the best part of this game. I'm not sure if the game got 'worse' the more I had, as the trippy effects didn't feel like they hindered the player very much.

Audio and interaction is fantastic. I got stuck after finishing up the first interaction. Nice game!

@chillaxd I was working with two newbies on this project, turns out they brought more to the table than I was expecting lol.

@michaelsonbritt lol, ty the shaders turned out better than I was expecting given the time we gave 'em.

@scout Some deep thought provoking lore amiright?

@thrillho Good point, the cameraSpin can be disorienting but It needs something else to really encourage the player to manage their trip.

@artcat Sorry you got stuck :/ you gotta hold down to pull away from the interaction. I've got it fixed in the build I have in the works, good to know that it was worth the effort to fix.

I grew up in a trailer park in the south so this speaks to me on a personal level. I must say though that everything in the south is NOT free, so 0/5 points for Socioeconomic Realism.

The shader was pretty and the game was visually interesting overall. Good show!

I'm here because I saw you ask about leaderboards, and I wanted to tell you what I did for mine but I figured I should also play and rate your game too :D

I use Dreamlo for mine, free as the wind and real simple too. Totally helps make LD games more fun.

Good work!

My score was 16696 at the end. I think I found and spoke to everyone. In the end I sobered up and it ended. My score kept increasing after the game had ended though. The interactions were fun and were the best part of the game. A very good all round entry. Great stuff.

I could only play a little while, because of the swaying camera/motion sickness. The few townspeople I met were amusing, and I would've liked to be able to explore more. The changing colors were neat, it'd be cool if you did more visual effects like that and just kept the camera still.

Interesting game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 40 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BQct2dB93U
