A Labyrinth Turn-Based game made in 72 hours, the concept of this game was to mix up the old arcade labyrinth genre (like Wizard of Wor, Pacman) with a modern Turn-Based genre, in a inclusive and new ways, not just following the old limitations but trying to make something innovative and fun.

We hope everyone enjoy!

Loved the aesthetics and gameplay! Couldn't find the blue one-eyed monster from screenshot in game though ;O

You caught my attention with the thumbnail! Reminded me a lot of Crypt of the Necrodancer like @MonstermanMFR said!

What I loved:
* The aesthetics and artwork were great
* The gameplay was on point!

My thoughts:
* More monsters could've been added if more time was available. But I'd love to play a version after ludum dare that has more levels & monsters
* Overal great game!

I also tried to create a character with an afro for my submission  I’d love for you to review my submission as well.

Really solid and charming game! I loved the visuals, from the very high-quality pixel art itself to the lively animation of it that gave it a sort of dance feel. The music was absolutely wonderful as well, truly catchy and varied enough to stay interesting throughout the game, with a dancy chiptunes feel that matched the visuals perfectly and gave a very fun rhythm to the whole gameplay. The game mechanics felt smoothly implemented, and it ran solidly and did what I expected it would throughout, so a shout to the programming as well!

The gameplay was a fun combination of these two genres, and I was happy to play through the whole thing, having fun the whole time. I think the challenge of the idea would be in how to make this kind of more difficult, without just cornering the player into "must get hit" kinds of tile setups -- but, with the clever monsters you've set up already, I imagine the ideas for harder or trickier/more unpredictable could keep flowing from there. It's a solid seed to a larger idea, if you decide to keep going with it!

Really, really great work -- I will enthusiastically recommend this to the rest of my team!

A great take on the "Crypt of the Necrodancer" formula ! The pixel art is really neat, and the gameplay flows naturally along the exceptional soundtrack (where can I get this ?). On the nitpicking side, I just wish some displacements were a bit shorter, sometimes you spend a little too much time wandering through the level. Overall, nice work !

Or gorsh, that was a very delightful experience. The music and the animations and the characters pulled me in and engaged me in a very fun game! At first, I was a little confused how to hurt enemies until I eventually did. My greed got me killed on level 2. When I went to replay it crashed saying me time needed to be positive and was -.02. Regardless, very adorable game and great execution!

Man, some serious production values on this one. The art was simple, clear and so damn charming, and the music complimented the whole rhytm movement approach pretty well. I like the fact that enemies have attack indicators, it added an element of strategy to what otherwise would've been simply a fast paced action game. And the pickups add another dimension to that planning because you wanna get them all before you kill all the monsters, and that means leaving some alive until later.

As a whole, really enjoyable stuff!

Graphics, audio and the whole package are ON POINT.

My only criticism would be that the turns take too much time.

I think that the main thing this game suffers from is a lack of clear instructions -- I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to do, and reading through the description didn't help. After I figured it out, I still didn't entirely understand the combat mechanics, especially with respect to the ranged enemies.

The graphics are nice and consistent and the music works well.

This game is phenomenal! The graphics were perfect, the music was great, and the gameplay was really interesting and fun. I really enjoyed the turn-based combat, and thought that every element of this game was incredibly polished. As TheMonsterFromTheDeep said, this game does need instructions, but it was really fun once I figured it out. I'd suggest adding them to both this page and the itch.io page. Besides that, though, this was a really good game. Great job!

I liked how you had to think out your moves! I just would have liked to not wait so long between each move.

Music and graphics are nice and I like the way grid fades in and out, movement feels both kind of annoyingly slow but also very nice if you move at regular pace it seems to want you to move at.
Not sure what determines if I get hit by enemies or not certainly having them move next to me lets me attack without them getting a chance to hit back but sometimes I move next to enemy and kill it in the same turn without getting hit but other times I do get hit.

Incredible fascinating graphics, excellent vintage style, unique characters and funny nice animation, a cheerful soundtrack and laconic gameplay. All this is united in your magnificent game, which can be sold on real trading platform. I really enjoyed playing on it and after passing I wanted more! But unfortunately I did not feel the fresh flow and innovation. In my opinion, the fact that people compare your game with "Crypt of the Necrodancer" has not only positive aspects, but also negatively affects the "theme" rating. Overall, best game ever :)
With best regards!
