Neighborhood's Madness by grostonton
Hi everybody !
So here's is my participation for the Ludum Dare 40
game's objective : you must be able to find the best possible balance between a quiet neighborhood and good social relations.
To achieve this, you have 6 actions, 3 nice actions (in order to have good social relations) and 3 malicious (or bad, really bad) actions (to keep order in the neighborhood).
How to play ?
Use your mouse to click the action you wanted, then click on the neighborhood's house (or even on your house, have a clean garden can help you to increase your sociability)
Remember to keep an eye on the 2 gauges, if they go down too much, you risk losing the game .
I hope you enjoy playing this game, and do not hesitate to leave me a comment, it's always nice ^^!

@william-bundy, thanks, it was one of my first ideas ^^
Thanks @strelly, it's an art to live in harmony with neighborhood ^^. Yeah, i know the game is perfectible, due to the sort time, i really focused on posting a game that works not too bad ^^
Greeting for making this to the end ;)
That's a cute little game. What I'd really love is some more feedback (juicy texts maybe) stating the relations we have with our neighbours : I see here a lot of potential to write tons of cool punchlines !
The pixel art is very pretty.
The problem is I didn't reach a good score with "calm", I had the feeling that the other tools did not work, I only get results with dynamit - that's why I said what I said. ;)
@mabry, thanks for the reply, i agree with you, a background music would have been a good idea ^^.
@lereveur, all the tools works, but the dynamite raises the calm's bar faster, and lowers the sociability's bar faster too.
@pecolyte, thanls for the reply, in the jam version, when you explodes a neighbor, he did'nt respawn, but this is a good idea ^^.
@all, sorry for the very very late reply :-(
