Here's our first Ludum Dare attempt! It's a web based tower defense game, where you try to keep the 'pigs' from over running you. The catch? The only way to make money to build towers is to let some of the pigs get past you. Capture.PNG

Change Log: Fixed a bug where the text in the shop blocked the buttons themselves. Does not change actual game play

Nice! For some reason the buttons were a little janky on my Mac running Safari (I couldn't always click on them), but it was a fun little tower defense game that really fits with the theme.

nice tower defence, i have playd lots of tower defence and with abit more work this one will be just as good.
some clear indication on the range of the turrets would be awesome :dog:

A good, classic tower defense game! It has a neat twist that goes well with the theme of this Jam. The buttons were a bit difficult to use, I wouldn't mind if the game didn't pause while buying. After around Wave 3, there's an intense difficulty spike which requires perfect timing and placement, which is hindered by the UI navigation. Overall, great first attempt at a Jam! Looking forward to seeing more from you next Jam as well~

Had hard time navigating the UI, the buttons seemed to all be disabled? And the instructions were covered by the health/money bars. Loved the concept and the cowbell though. Using Chrome on OSX.

Buttons are strange in shop, probably the textfield is taking the event of the buttons.
Still, solid gameplay.
I don't like too much tower defence genre but i can see that, with better graphics, it could work.

Clever idea, I really like *wanting* some enemies to get through. The shop flow felt a bit clunky -- perhaps just click an empty slot, and show the shop UI contextually instead? Would be nice to make lasers a different color for the sniper tower, so it's clear when it's firing. Some DPS info in the shop UI would be appreciated as well.

Fun game overall though, I clearly see the potential!

Cool tower defense game, but the sound effects are way too loud!! At lest on my machine. :pig:

I like the idea and how it's simple, but you got your core mechanic across. Now time for polish, right? ;)

Yup, pretty neat game. Is there more than one level design?... I'm hopeless at this type of game and continuously died! Needs some exploding pig graphics!
