I really dug the mood but the puzzles were really hard, I got to the room with the bat but I'm not really sure what I had to do. Nice work though.

The mood was amazing! The art, sound and gameplay really immersed me into the escape-room feel. It would have been nice to have mouse sensitivity setting, but that's something to consider in further development. I enjoyed the riddles!

Looks really nice but unfortunately it is too laggy on my cheap computer :(

141 ratings given. So close to the end... This is -very- odd.
Are you sure that you have played all these games ?
Nice mood in the pictures though. (I haven't player yet)

We played in 150 games at first and after this rated them from our team document to be more objective. Our poor knowledge of English doesn't allow us to write long messages. Each game received its share of attention and appreciation. Games that our liked especially, we tried to write a bit more in detail. We are interested in finding new innovate, perspective projects on jams to connect with new strong developers. For example, this project was on 39 ludum dare https://store.steampowered.com/app/699920/Despotism_3k/ and we invited them on "VK Fest Showcase" in St.Petersburg to show their game to all peoples of this fest and these developers won in 2
nominations there. Photo from fest![KGlh2AxfUE8.jpg](///raw/811/3/z/1aa9b.jpg)

Great job on the graphics! That along with the sound effects really created a creepy atmosphere. The experience really reminded me of an escape room. I found the mouse sensitivity too high so it would be nice to able to adjust that. Also while I enjoyed the music, I felt like it clashed a bit with the mood of the game. I got stuck on level 4 :P Nice submission!

@hellsquirrel, I think the previous anonymous comment refers to the fact you have rated tons of games in a very short period of time, leaving very short comments for each. It seems to be an attempt to game the system (rating and commenting on many games without actually playing them to get a high "coolness" rating and getting many other people to rate your games)

Just to give a small example just from a few games I checked (mainly by randomly going to games of people that commented here, and then going to random other games on their comments page):

6:23 Action Replay (comment: thumbs up icon)
6:32 Bardolf’s Curse (comment: thumbs up icon)
6:36 Animal Wrath (comment: "good!")
6:44 Space Invasion (comment: "cool!")
6:55 Screen Space (comment: "Nice work!")
6:58 Bug Squasher (comment: "Nice work!")

This seems to very highly suggest you are not actually playing the games but only rating and leaving non informative comments which is very sad.

Clarification: my comment here was written before @hellsquirrel updated the comment above with their response (when I commented their comment just said "??").
I completely understand about non native language. As @vfabien21 suggested above consider leaving comments in your native language and include Google translate translation. In any case, I'm glad you didn't actually tried to game the system, sorry for being suspicious.

pretty cool game! the graphics are really amazing and it runs smoothly on my old computer. the mood is perfect and seeing the dead body in the beginning gives a saw kind of feeling. the mouse is a little sensitive making getting the coins a little of a chore. and there were lots of coins! the ticking clock really adds to the atmosphere and provides tension. i don't know what to do with the doors with roman numerals and i just ran out of time. overall, a great game!

not my cup of tea (horror is something I tend to avoid as a genre) but kudos on impressive visuals and atmospheric sound design!

Very impressive mood. Graphics and sounds work well together. The players death, very slow really is powerfull.
The only puzzle I actually solved (2nd level) was interresting. I think that I'll spend some time trying to solve the full game.

About not leaving -much- comment due to that fact that you don't speak english, I would advise you to writte them in your own langage, and then add below them a translation from google translate, reverso, or any other translation site.

It'd be great for everyone : more comments, insights of different culture, and it'll actually show how international the Jam is (this said, maybe should I comment in my own langage too ?).

This is really impressive. The mood created was really good, and overall felt very escape-room like. Not super sure about integration with the theme, but the game was very well polished, and the puzzles, while fairly basic, were quite engaging. It was nice that each room had a very different solution from the previous
