Bee world is a casual game to kill time. Your goal is simple - collect pollen from flowers, avoid crushing into other bees and lady bugs. Leave your score, I'm curious how long you went :)

Nice effort - i really like the feeling of the game: quite relaxing! I think to make it more "meaningful" it would be good if you were collecting the pollen for a reason: like, collecting pollen fills up a power-up bar and when it's full you get a life back.

Annnyhoo, good work!

850 points. Pretty simple game, needs some music and sfx. agree with @mrspeaker . Loved the Lady Bombs.

"Lady Bombs" XD Yeah unfortunately I am terrible at music. Thank you for taking the time to play and review.

Cute and simple, avoiding the white bees (?) is pretty difficult since you can only move on one axis. I think gradually ramping up speed or similar could add to the hectic feeling, but at the same time it has a pretty chill vibe as is.

(480 points, I'm a terrible bee.)

I got 730 points! I mostly died to the white bees. Could have been a lot better with some sound effects and background music. Still, a fun and simple game to play!

I got 1060 points. This would be the kind of game where it would be fun to increase speed as the game progresses. Also, having more different enemy types appear over time, or even just having the background change would be an incentive to keep playing.

Thank you all for the recommendations. I thought the white one are too hard, even when I reduced the speed. I am glad you all liked it :) and 1k+ score! Wow! I couldn't get that high!!!

Cute little game. Like others have said, would be a nice addition with increasing difficulty, different flowers and enemies. I really like that the enemy bees collect pollen aswell. Nice little game, great job!

Simple but cool game. Nice camera shake and explosion effect. Very mobile friendly if you were to export it to that platform. Music and sfx would be appreciated. Congrats and hope you get all the ratings you need!

Simple game with simple graphics. The game gets a little boring and slow after 5 minutes of play time, but I still enjoyed my time with it.

It seems like it has some good potential, but some feedback from collected pollen or damage taken would make the game more enjoyable. My best score was 1800 before I put the poor worker out of its misery.

I agree with most of the others: it's a fun little game that does exactly what it tries to do, but could be improved with some music or a bit more variety.

Its simplicity also lends itself well to score comparisons/leaderboards. Even just the comments here led me to play it again to at least partially reclaim some pride :) (720)

Congrats on a successful Ludum Dare!

It's a cute little game to pass a few minutes, but it does get dull after a while. It'd be nice if there were some way to regain health or attack enemies, though that'd have to be balanced with a more steeply ramping difficulty.

I'm bad at being a bee, though, I only got 300 points :-p
