I thought the exit button was a back button and clicked it in the middle of a game and had to start over. Even worse, in the web version, the exit button just freezes the game. On my second playthrough, I didn't take the exit / shut up / hide heal button upgrades. For some reason combat sounds didn't play during that run.

The idea is really cool, and there is a surprisingly large amount of content for a LD game. Besides even more content, I would like to see a progress bar for the current zone since it takes a long time to clear one.

Thanks for the feedback, I totally agree. I have removed the quit button option from the web version.

Nice clicker/idler. Audio (I guess it did have audio?) did not work on Opera on Linux, so I didn't rate them.

That's unfortunate that Audio didn't work on Opera/Linux. Just to make it clear, you have to "unlock" the sound by buying the upgrade in the game, until then there won't be any sound. But it's impossible not to come across that option so if even that didn't work then... I'm sorry to hear that :(

Yay, this was fun to play. And i will definitely revisit it because there seems to be much content to discover. I hided my upgrade panel (not sure if i was maxed) but didn't know how to fight those knights. Quite an impressive entry!

Really nice start! Fighting through an area is kind of slow but if I wasn't in such a hurry, I definitely wouldn't mind as much. The music is great! I would've loved to hear more compositions. Graphics are pretty good too. You definitely have a lot of content for an LD game.

The audio didn't work for me in chrome :( In the beggining it took a while to get into the game, but then it was fun!

I'm not a big fan of idle games myself, but "Idle Skelly" is very well made. The pacing is excellent, which I guess is the secret to making a good idle games. Expectations are low in the beginning, and I got pleasantly surprised as the game went along, making me want to see what happens next.
Graphics and UI are very good as well, there's some feedback in the game that feels good. It's an impressive result for the short time.
It would be nice to see progress when travelling, and maybe also have an option to abort a trip, when it's obvious that the character is too weak.
I'm very impressed overall.

Once you get the map, things get crazy! :D

Good job man, too bad with the backstory haha!
This really brought back some good memories from the old flash days, where these games were the hottest on the market!

Had to close the game because I have things I need to do and I didn't want to spend the rest of my life on this game.

Good work!

I like the music, and the way it begins as a clicker is great, but the actual combat stuff drags out for way too long in my opinion. Lots of content to see for a compo game!

Beginning part is much better than exploration one. Anyway, it's fine.

I love the start and the upgrade system. The combat it's slow, since it's aumomatic, maybe an option to accelerate all combat speed.

the start reminds me of universal paperclips. More of that stuff pls

It's crazy how much content this game has! It's a lot of fun but the combat needs a speedup option.

I liked the starting part that kept me entertained. Although I found the "fighting" part a bit too slow.
The music is good and fits the theme but maybe it need some more variation.
Fun game, good job.

I believe you've got a solid beginning here, the meta level aspects were fun in the beginning and all idle stuff. The fighting bits were way too long for this version though. Great work overall, you should definitely develop this further!

The king is dead, long live the skelly king!

What a great twist on the clicker genre, making the numbers going up actually result in a tangible consequence later on. I enjoyed getting around the place, everything had nice graphics and there were some great moments (that dragon fight in particular). I wouldn't worry too much about the missing backstory, I think when push comes to shove, most players can come up with their own for that. Neat tunes, neat graphics, neat hats on skeletons, all-around loved it!
