All Become One by ShaunJS
The Game
ALL BECOME ONE is a "God Game" where you can consume the lifeforce of plants and people to and funnel it into godly miracles.

Look after your people with an assortment of whatever spells I could program in the time. Careful with the lightning bolt one.

Mostly useless instructions
Mousewheel between an incredibly two, yes TWO zoom levels. Left click and drag around the map. Right click to cast miracles when they're selected from the bottom of the screen.
Thoughts
Black & White meets Rimworld in the most absurdly over ambitious jam game from me yet. This is the most unfinished game I've ever submitted, but to be fair that makes me pretty happy with my batting average! I fully expect this to score in the bottom of all my games though. It misses out on so much. No sounds, music, a million and one missing QoL essentials and just fundamentally not balanced or tuned with what feels like a missing loop. The overall experience feels weird, frantic with just too much chaos on the screen to really care much about it after more than a few minutes. I wanted to add a lot more stuff to humanize the... um, humans. More stuff in the simulation and character names + meaningless details & descriptions and interactions. More spells that let you shape the world. Also walls that would have justified the fact that I bothered with actual pathfinding for once ARGH!
This is fine.

Music and sound would have been nice.
Would love to see this if you end up polishing it.
You basically said most things yourself. The game is very unbalanced, at some point you have so much lifeforce that you don't know what to do with it anymore.
Maybe there should be a downside of having too many people. Maybe a food system? As it stands, the convert raiders spell is very much overpowered.
That said, it is a fun experience while it lasts and I would love to see it finished.
