Haven - The Small World by Iluvatar
Very short adventure game, that focuses mostly on mood and (kinda story) telling. The gameplay is very much typical for an adventure game, and is not long.

Description
HAVEN - THE SMALL WORLD
When the oxygen is basically non-existent in the world anymore, scientists predicted this to happen so they created a huge complex structure, which is called HAVEN - THE SMALL WORLD.
This place simulates what the world used to look like before the (let's call it) apocalypse.
Due to the problem with population regulation, men and women are separated in two sectors. There is only one sector they are allowed to be together - PUBLIC SECTOR.
Roy (YOU) is a young man, who has not seen his wife for more than two years tries to do everything to be with her again.
Created in Adventure Game Studio (AGS). Graphics in Photoshop.

EDIT: I just read above that you have an inventory! Ahhh! The locket! It makes so much more sense!!!
The three locations are beautifully drawn, as is the title screen. You clearly spent a lot of effort here, and it shows!
The game itself feels a bit short, but still manages to contain enough objects with descriptions to hint at how everyday life in Haven must be. If you have the time, you should definitely consider expanding on the game into a post-LD version, to flesh out the ending, and add a few more descriptive objects and puzzles. You reveal enough of the world that I want to see more of it!
>Empty loneliness,
>calls for desperate action!
>I must find my wife!
@somnium Actually, yes, the "lost wife" theme was not intended from the beginning, but because of the lack of time, I had to come up with something quick. I have already created plot for the post LD version, and it will be more diverse and longer. It will also take more time to make :) Thanks again for your response.
The intro feels like a movie, telling the story beautifully, but please make the text skippable per mouse click, because the timer almost took double the time I needed to read, which makes for a slightly annoying moment
Music, story, puzzles, graphics and humor were on point!! Great job
You can watch me playing the game here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5x4fRX8yrw
Although few puzzles in it, I got a locket under pillow of sofa, obtained a pill, mixed a drink, gave it to Dr.
Greatest storytelling I experienced this LD.
It also seems that the game does not remember whether I already found something, or maybe all my drawers are just full of aspirin.
Overall, I had a lot of fun.
I see you had all this in mind and ran out of time, I would like to see it furtherly developed  Nice job!
Second issue -- inventory.
Art style, texts and atmosphere is awesome. Nice job. Hope we will see a full game.
I found it odd that some item descriptions don't change after 'taking' from them, like the locker constantly stating the you found your aspirin. I would like to click through the introduction at my own pace ('any key to continue') as opposed to waiting for a timer. I also like it in adventure games when I can double-click to instantly move to the connected scene. There are a couple typos (enought vs enough), but I kinda feel bad even mentioning them considering the amount of text you've got in here. It is a real shame the game ends where it does, but we all understand how demanding LD's clock is
