Intergalactic Bar Billiards by Paul Sinnett

[raw]
made by Paul Sinnett for MINI42 (-)
This game was based on Ford Prefect's recollection of a planet that got used in a game of intergalactic bar billiards and got potted straight into a black hole killing 10 billion people... and it only scored 30 points.

The graphical style for this game was inspired by the animations created for the TV series version of the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone manages to achieve the theoretical maximum 1,000 points.

Woohoo! Just scored 1,000! Always starting in the same location makes it a matter of trial and error. Fun game!

In response to feedback, I've made the following tweaks:
* the cue is no longer locked while aiming
* the cue guide is now chevron shaped to show direction
* you must click a button to spot the next planet (this prevents a player from finding the perfect spot and sticking there.)
