Hardly a demo, only had 24 hours because I started late yesterday and I'm submitting it early so I can install Arch again. It relates to the real world because - look, a Sun! Wow, what is this, the PS4?

I'm confused but is the goal to collect all of the yellow dots?

Despite there being no real goal here (aside from the yellow dots, but that was pretty weak), it's a nice little game. Sound effects and music would have made it even better though.

Jump arcs and collision detection were great, but the landing pads keep shaking like they've had too much java!

Liked the jumping. Perhaps I am reading too much into the abstract art but I seen it as a sunny day running around the country side collecting flowers. Granted, if you really think the sun is square than you need to get outside more. Other than falling there is no other danger. The fact that there is no way to win was probably due to lack of time but it actually kind of fits the theme as the real world doesn't have win conditions, we decide what winning is.

I'm sure you can do a best game with more time. ;)

I get it, it's a metaphor for life. If you don't take time when experiencing the world, and rush through life, soon there will be nothing left to do, and you'll be a bored grey rectangular husk of your former self, jumping around from place to place with no goals, and... okay I ran out of b.s.

You got a pretty solid basis for a platformer going, keep it up.
