I only had 8 hours to spare this weekend, so this was all I had time for :-)
Space ships are shapes shifting along the rows,
and when an enemy space ship is hit
enough times it shapeshifts to a new form
until it's obliterated!

The game is written in C++ using my own engine.
Sound effects from bfxr.
Music was made with LMMS and Audacity.
Graphics were thrown together using Wings3D, Blender and Gimp.

I love the style and the bullet hell feel, gives a bit of something new and a bit of something old. A pretty interesting take on the subject.

I really like it but maybe default at a much lower volume if the music is going to be that loud...

Pretty fun, the debris as another thing to be avoided was a nice touch. Would be neat to have a score counter.

Not bad - the link to the theme is a bit tenuous, but all in all, pretty darn good for 8 hours!

I had to install OpenAL to get this to work - it might be helpful to either include the DLL in the zip, or mention it as a dependency in the game description.

Sorry but the game doesn't launch on my computer. It stays open to a console window and doesn't do anything else.

Nevermind, rebooted the computer, I could rate your game :).

Nice Space invader clone, and loved the music (even if too loud).

I like the colourful graphics and the music! Would be nice to have a bit more of a sense of progress like a score counter, and it's a bit hard to keep track of how much damage you've taken (is there any significance to losing a life, or do you basically just have 100 hit points?). I felt like the dodging aspect of the game would have been a bit more fun if the enemy bullets moved a bit slower - the difference between those and the debris is jarring.
