Laser Flowers by erko
Just trying to make it in under the extended deadline!
I planned to be done a long time ago (15 hours?), but there is always one more thing to finish. And now I need to sleep for an hour before work :)
There are some war-related elements, although it may be more abstract war than anything :)
You'll need an android device or emulator to try this. Hopefully that won't stop people from being able to try it.

Yrael, no worries -- sorry it needs a device.
Also, I just realized it requires ARMv7 -- so it won't work on some older or low-powered android phones.
Basically, you get points for having good (colored) flowers on the screen and lose points for having black "death" flowers on the screen. Also, occasionally spheres come out -- blue (water) spheres turn into good flowers and red spheres turn into death flowers. It's not quite finished enough to be a full game (there are no real stages with varations, there's no end, and not much tweaking was done).
I partially had in mind an art game having read about this game once a while ago: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moondust_(video_game). In retrospect, I think it's a little hard to pull off an art game -- the gameplay or art needs to be good, and having not completed many games, I need to think about how to do that.
Playing the other games from the MiniLD has helped -- it turns out it's nice to have some idea of what you're supposed to do :)
To finish this game, I'm at least planning on adding picture directions in an intro screen, adding stages with variations, and improving aiming controls.
There's quite a bit of polishing needed in general, and I still need to decide what exact variations to put in.
Just in case, here's a link if you still want to try it(but don't get your hopes up :)
