The link for linux version is wrong
The windows build doesn't have 1024x640 as a resolution option, so I went with 1280x720. For future reference, you don't need to include the PDBs with a Unity game.
I read the note about needing 1024x640 resolution, that was not an option in the resolution dropdown, but it seemed to run in 1024x768 just fine.
Overall a very nice game.
I loved the game over screen though.
The concept could use a bit more work, the difficulty needs to scale more.
Managed to get 23 in the end
Love the style and feel of the game
Hope you had a fun LD experience =)
Also, I'm pretty sure that in the unity player settings you can set any default resolution you want. Edit>Project Settings>Player
Anyways, nice game. I like the cubes and the sound effects. I like the interpretation of the theme, shapeshifting into different states of water.
I say this because I really enjoy the game and it has a real potential! Keep going :D
Took some time to figure out which obstacle requires which form.
As a suggestion - maybe change the perspective so that the player could see the obstacle coming, and make them come faster? Similar to many endless runner games on mobile devices. Then there would be much more action involved. Currently I'm just sitting and waiting for the next obstacle to quickly appear and disappear. Even less than that if there are two or three same obstacles in a row.
Real nice take on the theme, though :)
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description
when i real in game, the relax music first attract me! but i quit quickly!ToT why? because the exit button was built too not let me feel it means exit!ToT i think the ui's shape position both really important~ haha but nomatter i come in to it again quickly XD .then i feel it have nice rhythm and great glow effect, but i also found that the effect with the ground have a hard cutting line, if there are not it, it must could be more natural and soft feeling! (have brother to built game together, so envy ToT )
But, the music was pretty nice.
