There should be some kind of indication for when you can use bullet time and how much you have left, but other than that it's pretty well done for such a simple game.

It gets kinda hard to tell apart the tails and the 'bullets'. The time slow mechanic is very well implemented and fun, though (a counter like Veralos says would be nice).
