That said, the shapes in my opinion do not move or fall fast enough. There was a lot of moments where the game tested my patience due to slow movement. Additionally, I feel the climber's bouncing behavior was rather unpredictable, and perhaps a different shape, such as a triangle or star, would have provided a more predictable outcome.\r<br\/>\r<br\/>Lots of speed running potentials!"},{"author_name":"Steven Miller","author_uid":"57518","time":"Apr 23, 2016 @ 8:38am","epoch":1461400380,"text":"This is an amazing game. The platforming feels perfect, and the art is simply gorgeous (especially those trees). The bird transformation was a clever take on the theme, and the combat felt very smooth. The difficulty was a bit high, but I felt that made the gameplay more rewarding. The random level generation was also a nice addition that made the game feel fresh, even after multiple plays.\r<br\/>I would ask you to play my game, but I made it in GameMaker just to spite you."},{"author_name":"Wefiends","author_uid":"25830","time":"Apr 24, 2016 @ 10:52pm","epoch":1461538020,"text":"I was surprised how well this worked despite how incredibly slowly it moved. In fact I don't think it would've worked if it went any faster. Sometimes the jump felt a little unresponsive, and some of the subtler rules went right over my head (like the way ghosting uses your momentum, or the fact you can't use it while touching a wall.) but overall a good entry."}],"images":["ld35\/63802-7a7dad8148e888182bcd5620729d7a07.jpg","ld35\/63802-b6e36db0393872a593f447518ef9de9e.jpg","ld35\/63802-3ed4a55bfb75c057a49271201dead6f8.jpg","ld35\/63802-ed1ddd3b05e22c285e2be0fc19a8a5d5.jpg"],"links":[{"url":"https:\/\/batmanasb.itch.io\/mirrors-polygon","text":"Itch.io (Win\/Lin\/Mac)"},{"url":"http:\/\/imgur.com\/a\/rAZH0","text":"Tutorial GIFs in case you need help"},{"url":"https:\/\/gitlab.com\/batmanasb\/LD35-entry","text":"Source (Gitlab)"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"3408","g_author":"63802","g_event":"LD35","g_eventkey":"33","g_subevent":"COMPO","g_urlkey":"3429","g_title":"Mirror's Polygon","g_status":"UCHK1","g_place":"352","g_commentcount":"23","g_site2_node_id":"0","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":[],"node":null,"orig_images":["http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/compo2\/\/542293\/63802-shot0-1460945057.png-eq-900-500.jpg","http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/compo2\/\/542293\/63802-shot1-1460945014.png-eq-900-500.jpg","http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/compo2\/\/542293\/63802-shot2-1460945014.png-eq-900-500.jpg","http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/compo2\/\/542293\/63802-shot3-1460945014.png-eq-900-500.jpg"],"text":"Scale obstacles as a shapeshifting polygon!\r\n\r\nGuide and hints are on the Itch.io page\r\n\r\nThere is an Easter Egg on the last level (the winning level) if you manage to ghost out of the bottom right corner!
