EnemiesOfTheLetterB by milsom
Arrows keys to move
Z to push away enemies
X to pick up/ throw a small enemy
The gameover screen is wrong u have to press Z not spacebar, dont have time to reupload etc.
You have to protect the centre crystal of the magic forest from attack. If you die or the crystal its over.
kill red by throwing into the bigger enemies or have the bigger blade enemy cut it down, to kill the blades throw a red enemy at a bomb with it standing near by.
timelapse to come some.
yay my first ludum dare, just made it in time

The music is very odd, and gives the whole thing a strange vibe...
The game was alright. I didn't think that picking up and throwing enemies was a massively outside-the-box concept, but mixing it with a defend-the-tower mechanic was fresh and worked well. I loved the explosions!
Very simple to control, although it took me a while to get that you could only throw the little guys if you were facing a big enemy. To be honest, I think it would make more sense if you could always throw them.
The audio was creepy, but also a little annoying. I also didn't work out how to defeat the big purple guys. They seemed immune to the little guys being thrown at them.
Wonderfully polished, and some of the best graphics I've seen in the competition!
There's a problem with the framerate here under Wine, the game hardly uses any CPU time at all and it runs at 3 fps or something, so I can't comment on the gameplay. Other Unity games worked much better than this, although they were 2D...
