Isolation by MoltenMustafa
So, after tireless effort, I'm finally done.
SOME NOTES:
-The game uses surfaces to draw the view, if your video card doesn't support whatever it is that GM uses for surface drawing (I think it might be pixel shaders? I dunno) you probably won't be able to play the game. I mean, it might WORK, but the screen will be tiny.
-All the controls are either explained in the game, or in the text file. The txt file only includes keys that aren't explained in the game, such as skipping the intro and moving/jumping.
Anyway, thanks for playing! I can't wait to check out what the rest of you guys made.

The only frustration I ran into was with the running jump mechanic; sometimes I'd make a jump and sometimes I wouldn't. I was stuck for a while until I realized that (a) running jumps made you go higher and (b) I could also hold down the jump button longer to drift a little higher still.
Would have been even better with some music and better sound effects and also a cutscene or something explaining the goal of the game, but I guess you would have a hard time fitting all that into 48 hours.
Not sure that a snake-whip really counted as good use of "enemies as weapons" though.
@Spooner: Yeah, the whole "Get enemies in chests" thing kinda popped into my mind one night. I wasn't to fond of it either, now that I think about it.
@ExcitedMike: I was actually really worried about that, that's one thing I plan to fix when I update.
@JDruid: That's my style ;)
