I really like the design and rolling animation of the main character and friendly NPCs :).
I'm also very impressed with how much you managed to get done in such a short time.
I found it too slow-paced to be fun, though, and the music is a little atonal for my taste. Also, the interpretation of the theme is too literal to be interesting, but at least you didn't make a Zelda clone.
The choice of name is... odd.
Great work, and congrats on finishing!
I loved the graphics and ambiance, the music contributed to the relaxing feeling. The game is well made, the boss is a big difficulty spike but it can be defeated with planning so it gets two thumbs up.
Overall a very lovely game.
I think there are some minor issues with the mouse control over the blue shield, it is especially noticeable when the *spoiler*

last boss turrets are firing rapidly from both directions.
Great clean tileset, fun mechanic. I especially liked the multiple heights to the level (ie. underground) - it was pretty surprising.
Not a hard game, but I don't know if how I won was "right".
