Armageddon Moochery by mintman
It's the end of the world for most, a lucrative opportunity for you!
Talk to townsfolk and try to convince them to give you stuff, because you're "such a hero" and you're going to go "save the world."

This was my first LD competition, and I'm pretty happy with what I ended up with. Using some foundational library is always a good idea, and flixel came in handy for getting the small stuff out of the way quickly. I didn't have too much struggle with finding an idea, which I was stoked about.
I need to blog more next time.

It is dangerous to 'go'(die) alone.. take this.. the approval of your peers and their stuff to sweeten the burden of impending demise.
Is there a strategy to score high in this game?
I like that it's an 'RPG' where you 'fight' not to defeat but presuade others to like you.
It could have used a time bonus. haha
I would have liked it if you had to respond to the whims of people in real time..
A little plain, but still fun.
Good job!
