I would suggest not using such an annoying file host. People will be turned away by that.

I would also suggest not violating the competition rules and using premade assets.

Annoying, difficult and based almost entirely on luck.

Definitely move over to mediafire or something. This file host is really bad.

The game is a good start but just not fair! Why are spiders so much faster than me? And how come I can't do anything except be killed by them? I need to be able to get revenge somehow, or else it's just totally unsatisfying.

WASD keys to move.

The game is clearly unbalanced, the spiders are too fast and too big and the hallways too narrow. Wasn't able to get past the third level. A flamethrower would be neat!

This is one of the most annoying file hosts I've seen (2 waits, and word verification). I recommend you create a Dropbox account.

Sigh... next time use dropbox or anything else please, just not something which forces me to wait, click, wait and wait... and then fill damned captcha. And then wait more and more and more for just 1 and half meg file... containing very simple and almost unplayable game using asssets from GameMaker...

I thought I would try using Game Maker, but as I had never used it before I came across many problems. I spent the first day trying to get collision detection to work, but it always had some oddity. Thanks for all the feed back I plan to do a lot better in LD22

That game was not that bad .. yeah, it's unbalanced but what would you do. I was motivated enough to really try to finish - which I didn't, the 3rd room was impossible to get through.

We're rating the game, not the hoster (which IS bad, I would definetly never buy a premium account there).

What's more a problem is the premade assets thing. Sorry, but that's not ok. You could just use colored boxes next time, not pretty but that's not the only goal here ...
