Escape (what an original name) by Marin
YOU NEED THE SOUND to understand the game, turn the speakers on ;)
It's a HTML5 game. If something doesn't work, or works badly (no sound, game too fast, game too slow...), please report it (I tested only with Chrome and Firefox, without hardware acceleration)!
This is my first Ludum Dare.
== Cool quotes ==
"OMG I won, it was epic..." -- geekshadow about the ending
"Lol, that's priceless" -- PaulZ about the ending
"Hey, check my humble, totally awesome and super-funny HTML5 game!" -- Marin spamming LD's IRC channel about the ending
"I can't even get out of the first room." -- wademcgillis before the ending

The objective is: escaping.
The direction is: finding something to escape.

But I must point out that you're only supposed to use music that you've created.
I've created it during the Ludum Dare (you can see Audacity in the timelapse) :) .
Seriously, though, this gameplay is horrendous. Even with the supposed "spoiler" it took me about five minutes to make anything happen. When it did, I couldn't tell why it hadn't.
HTML5 is a really bad platform for game dev, IMO, ESPECIALLY Ludum dare and like triply so for this game.
I don't think any browser is 100% compliant yet and even if one were, I don't want to upgrade just for that. So, when I'm moving around a box not seeing anything happening, how do I even know it isn't just an HTML5 issue??
